OP is a lying sack of shit.

There's no such thing as TAXPAYERS owing Congress to pay their sexual predator lawsuits.

Lawsuits against government workers are AS INDIVIDUALS: and pay like individuals.

Government cannot "molest" because it is an desk with rules stuffed in it incapable of molesting (most people, n.i. paper cuts and locksmith fees).

Any suit against "Virginia" would, unless it is against the contents of the desk, fall to CEO's who counter sue the employee who "did it" (it must be an Act done, not mere situation), and that employee is sued directly or indirectly.

You have the right when suing the government or company to sue them "as a person" and have the "institution" countersue the individual for their own recover. That would USUALLy be illegal but the reason why it is more recently law to be allowed is as follows: corporations make lawyers and employees impossible to find for the purpose of avoiding lawsuits. Because of this you can sue the corporation and they have to do their own footwork which you could not possibly do with them obstructing you.

Stop with the stupidity. Of course federal money is paid in lawsuits, and it is hidden from the public. And accusing Kaine without reason puts you on par with liberal Dems and its not where the country should go.
