Can't speak for "democrats". But my problem with him is that he is an entitled preppy frat boy, who lies about being an entitled preppy frat boy. That may be true, but the biggest legal issue a Kavanaugh court will face will be how far to expand Citizens United. Kavanaugh is a big fan of Citizens United. So if you believe spending unlimited amounts of money is free speech, and further believe that the guy with the most money is entitled to having the loudest voice, Kavanaugh will be your judge. If not, too bad.
