I've seen him in action, he has a point system for who he bumps and how much contact is made. Disgusting.

Brett Kavanaugh was assigned 3 days in the Detention Hall in 6th grade for bringing a copy of PLAYBOY to school.

In 2nd grade, the Assistant Principal had to call Brett Kavanaugh's parents because he failed to secure a Hall Pass before going to the bathroom.

In High School we would do the same thing. We called it elbow titting. Between classes in the halls we would target different chicks and touch their breasts with our elbows. We would get extra points for getting slapped or the girls phone number. I fucked a lot of daughters in high school doing this. A great ice breaker.
