He is. RCP generic is down to 7.4 point plus for democrats. It was +12 three weeks ago. Money is flowing into GOP congressional campaign coffers, up 200% from before the Ford/Kavanaugh hearings. McCaskill, Nelson, Heitkamp, and Donnolly are in real trouble. Manchin's internal polls show him winning if he supports Kavanaugh and losing if he doesn't. Watch PA. Casey continues to hover at 50%. If he drops below that over the next 3 weeks, he's in trouble too. The MAGA is great and spreading all over America. Latest from 538 gives Cruz a 72% chance of winning. Nevada is much closer than anyone expected and the GOP has a decent chance of holding that seat. Arizona is tied and no one but Gerry thinks the GOP will lose that seat. Tenn is tied and will stay red.

The dems simply have no path to winning the Senate right now. Something could change of course, but for now, the dems will have to work their butts off to try and take the House. Their hopes for taking the Senate was, and remains, a pipe dream.
