Asians are a target, the Vietnamese in particular, because they like to horde their "hard money" in their house. Ever been to Vietnam? I've never seen so many shops selling safes like they do there. There's a store on practically every street corner with a pile of them for sale. All I can figure is that the Vietnamese don't trust banks.

lol they really dont trust the banks, but in reality they dont want to pay taxes (as business owners). Lots of asian owned businesses take in cash and dont like to take credit cards so they can take the money under the table.

Since the Feds were involved in the arrest, I bet they can find a federal charge to stick on them (Interstate commerce & crimes). You know these fools were hyping the loot back home up to NY.

That's because O'Flaherty is notorious for throwing out the prosecutions DWI cases and forcing them to refile. They hate his ass for this and I'm sure they left the tweltfh one pending for refile if the whole snitching thing didn't pan out.

I wasn't trying to infer that was the literal meaning; I am aware it means [choose to] will not prosecute. What I was trying to get across was that they have up to a year to refile.

Then why wasn't it just dismissed? A: Because they want to reserve the right to refile once further evidence comes to light or the defendants turned state's evidence.

Once again, if that was the case, then why wasn't it just simply dismissed? When people turn state they get the Nolle Prosequi, so in case the defendant fucks up or doesn't want to follow through, the DA can come back and prosecute. Once again, it's either that, or the state's case was weak and they needed more time to make a case that sticks.

Call Ray Morrough and demand an explanation why this happened.

He was elected by the people of Fairfax who have a right to know.
