Cops around Kirby

There are about ten cops around the 123 Kirby area and on individual streets. They said it’s a manhunt for someone in a grey hoodie. Does anyone know anything?

Something about a bail out. They were going to get the Helicopter up, but the weather/visibility was getting bad so they cancelled the Helicopter.

I heard the grey hoodie as well.

Probably a bunch of darkies from DC or PG. Maybe they were up at Tysons doing their thing as well?

Multiple units searching the area still.

This started about 2 hours ago and I think they were also trying to get K9 involved as well.

Probably will go on for another 45 minutes?
