Hispanic church head is attacking yet another major Catholic figure in the area over yet unproven scandals.
HOWEVER, many of these people making the accusations are from South America. While in USA proven sex scandals by clergy are rare (compared to the general population frequency, rare), in South America they are NOT rare.
Many of the clergy in the area have been overtaken by hispanic clergy. Non-hispanic clergy deny it. However one only needs eyes to see it.

WTOP is playing stories almost daily about Catholic church failures - which they've done since the 1990's (i suggest asians are behind this, as they are selling asian cars in fx co, esp to gov workers, which is how they got a foothold in the area: in the 90's mostly).
WTOP NEVER PLAYS NEWS of South America clergy abuses of any kind - no investigation that way.
