Does this make a native born citizen? Or am I ICE’s to do list?

A person born abroad in wedlock to a U.S. citizen mother and a U.S. citizen father acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under section 301(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), if one of the parents has had a residence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions prior to the person's birth.

BUT Ya, you might be on that FCPS list. Sorry dude.

FCPS no longer accepts US citizens.

I’ll have you know I am an astute intelectual whom can run circles around your credentials. Although, my orginal post may not be indicitive of my aforementioned claims, this can be easily explained as being nothing more than a few typos. If this isn’t enough for you to unequivocally affirm my intellectual prowess, then you my friend are on FC’s Mental Health institute’s to do list. I’ll leave with saying first impressions matter.

Make sure you and your parents collaborate immediately to get you a set of US identity documents. RealID is going to be a bitch for people like you. They are deporting some of them that have travelled out of the country and tried to return. Seriously, get it done now even if you have to go to court.
