Kline's freeze im Manassas to close forever after 53 years

They are probably turning it into a burrito hut. Back in the 70s and 80s damn near everyone from Fairfax went to the speedway in Manassas on summer nights and you had to stop at one of the Klines freeze places. The one on the south side of town closed years ago and now this.

The Klines freeze down near Residency road and route 28 used to have colored night on Mondays from 5 till 8pm. That was the only night Blacks were allowed to be served. This Kliens is at the edge of Manassas park and they never served POC until the the law required it.

i was only there once and pretty sure they were closed when i (we) got there, was with parents not a date

not the only thing in fairfax i've missed, though
