Geez looks like all the W. Spfld cops decided to double park in Tivoli this afternoon.

What's the deal? No ambulance so I don't think it's that train jumper suicide planner thing this time.

The only dangerous criminally insane person in toboli is that cunt bag Cindy peredo that runs the management.
She has first dibs on foreclosed condos, which is illegal, and then buys them in her parents names/her husbands name etc.
Ask her what her salary is next time!
