Base salary now is $63,000 for people with 12 or more years. With some overtime throughout the year, a carrier makes at least $75,000. Great benefits and not a bad job if you like walking a lot.

LOL! If you had any financial savvy at all, you would have known that "free cash" is a bad thing, as it is not earning you anything. So little is transacted in cash these days that occasional stops at an ATM are more than enough to get one by. But I guess there will always be losers who can only play at a Dave Ramsey grade.

The trip was fantastic. Way out of your price range though. Did you want to hear about the week in the Azores or the week in Potugal, Spain and Gibralter? Oh never mind, we both know it'll send you in a rage while your tiny brain feebly attempts to concoct some cockamamie story about how I really didn't go. We've seen you flame out at that a few times. Didn't need a line of credit to go though. Simply put it on the card to earn points for what will be our next fabulous trip. Of course, paid the trip off immediately from the MMA. No need to drag it out in installments.

You're better than the Trump organization? Wow, you're better than an organization that's filed for bankruptcy multiple times! LOL! Way to set the bar high, you big dope.

Cash flow and liquidity =/= dead money. But why am I not surprised that such concepts are alien to an ex-fed who has little of either and who must borrow money against his carport to buy his prized tickets. Your understanding of the term free cash to mean how many twenties you can pull out of an ATM very well qualifies your grade level. lol

You managed to misspell both Portugal and Gibraltar, and an actually credible person would have led off with such info earlier instead of excitedly bursting back into the thread with envy and butthurt blazing. It would actually be easier to believe that you were absent here in order to serve some time in the ADC on a DUI.

You mean you never qualified for one. Failure to have an open line of credit available betrays the financial planning of a fool.

Dude, the bulk of my education and professional background is in high-level international finance. You can be sure that my household skills soar to levels far beyond your own. This is one reason why I was so easily able to afford retirement in place in this area without missing a financial beat.

Having and using a line if credit are two different things. Of course, the concept of liquidity is beyond any understanding you possess so that concept probably escapes you as well.

Obviously... That's why you have to borrow money to buy your prized tickets and think that free cash means whatever walking around money you can pull from the ATM. You're a real master of the universe brah. lol

Old dude thinks that he's a financial wizard because he dragged his tired brown-suited ass to a bus stop for 30 years to finally make a fed pension who happened to buy a middling house near where they built a subway station that he can borrow money against. lmao!

There are many good near-liquid assets. There are few credit sources as cheap and efficient as an equity line.

Once again, your fragile ego or stupidity, or both, won't allow you to differentiate between what is obviously at least two people using you as a punching bag. There's quite probably more.

As noted, continually mocking your stupidity and handing you your ass requires no additional sock puppets on my part. You, on the other hand, are notorious for your failed attempts at using them.

Yes, the list indeed goes on and on, as it is really just another litany of your own staggering failures...

-- Making a years-long stink out of a typo in Merrifield rental information that was actually about Halstead Square.

-- Seething envy and butthurt over my 2016 weekend trip to Opening Day in Atlanta, a trip supported by an executive car service from whose stable I purposely selected a Lincoln Town Car.

-- Uber serves little purpose out here in the Sweet Spot. It can however be useful for getting around in the city, where I have a town home and where parking can be quite an issue. You do have to have it on your phone though.

-- In response to a note from "Friends of the W&OD" that the trail is groomed for horses west of Vienna, you posted a tourist photograph of the trail from EAST of Vienna.

-- As with Burger King and Long John Silver's, there are zero "chicken places" (KFC, Popeye's, Chick-Fil-A, etc.) in Falls Church City. That chicken can be found on the menu at a branch location of an Arlington BBQ joint is hardly relevant to the point.

-- Knowing so little about the area, you foolishly took "downtown" to mean what it did on a tourist map You completely ignored historical neighborhood names and the ways in which the word is colloquially used by locals. You were of course promptly besieged and dutifully lambasted by The Hausfraus over that (and a few other things), as one had recently dined 'downtown', and the other's husband worked 'downtown.'

By the way, who was it that taught you how to spell "hausfrau" to begin with? Fanboi is such a fraud.

I found nothing of the sort. What I found instead was a long run of posts ridiculing your invented history of the "Water Wars" -- a decade-long battle between Fairfax Water and one-time entities of the City of Falls Church -- in which the latter ended in being quite literally blown out of the water business. A nice narration of the case was produced by local historian, George Bromley. Here are links to parts of that work...

Part 1: A Tale of Two Lawsuits
http://fallschurchtimes.com/2861/the-water-war-a-tale-of-two-lawsuits-part-one/

Part 2: How City Lost Suit Against Fairfax County

Part 3: An Appeal Denied

Part 4: The Authority Strikes Back
http://fallschurchtimes.com/3142/water-war-part-4-the-authority-strikes-back/

The search for 'Broadmont' also led to some early vestiges of the "Chicken Wars" in which attempts were made to distort the business of the recently arrived in FCC Liberty BBQ into being a "chicken place" on the order of KFC, Popeye's, or Chick-Fil-A. That too of course falls into the category of "Stupid."

Your latest water war article (from a blogger, not a local historian) is from 2009. The dispute didn't conclude until 2013 where Falls Church recieved millions of dollars and valuable land for a nonperforming asset. You'd be like an historian claiming the Union lost the war and posting links to an article after a first Bull Run. Stupid.

It was never claimed it was a "chicken place." Just that it had damn good chicken which was confirmed my multiple independent reviews. It didn't fit your narrative, so, as usual, you went on a long-winded addle-brained tirade.

As for Broadmont, here's another thread you diarrhead all over and got your ass handed to you. You seemed to know what Broadmont was then, why not now?
http://www.fairfaxunderground.com/forum/read/2/928606/1761536.html#msg-1761536

Of course, you knew what Broadmont was when you made the Brookmont blunder, but your stupidity got in the way. That's usually the problem for you which is why you have to resort to one desperate excuse after the other. You've done it here by insisting there is just one individual using you as a punching bag when it's quite clear there is no less than two.

George Bromley is THE local historian of the Water Wars era. Had you previously read some of his work, you might not have made such a total asshole of yourself in the matter. It must be admitted though that your powers of making a total asshole of yourself are mighty impressive indeed.

> The dispute didn't conclude until 2013 where Falls Church

The dispute was over once the courts and Corps of Engineers left FCC slowly twisting in the wind. The assets were meanwhile non-performing because the courts ruled as they did. Once abandoned to Fairfax Water, these assets became quite valuable once again, especially given an eventual agreement allowing Fairfax Water to pay pennies on the dollar for them. And of course you over-hype the actual value of land received by FCC and don't mention at all the significant developed properties that were ceded at the same time to Fairfax County.

You've long been humiliated by the well-deserved reputation of Falls Church City as a dining desert and were badly wounded over the loss of freaking Burger King. When it was noted here that even left-overs from a chicken place would have come from out of town, you tried to pass off a recently arrived BBQ joint as a chicken place, simply because it has chicken on the menu. Pathetic is as pathetic does.

> As for Broadmont, here's another thread you

I knew nothing of any of The Meadows, Falls Church Heights, or Broadmont in those now long ago times. I merely snatched those names from an old map as part of once again making you look like a dull-brained baboon, this time over your utter ignorance of Falls Church City history. You never knew that The Broad Street once bustled in the space now occupied by the Four P's either. The bounds of your local ignorance are broad in the extreme.

By the way, you are indeed The Lone Asshole, as well as being the king of all the Sock Puppeteers.

I have heard of Brookmont. It's right across the river and an important site among kayakers. By contrast, nobody but the few who already live there has ever heard of Broadmont. Nor are any apt to take note of it here.

So, in a conversation about Falls Church, you randomly decided to pick the handle of "Brookmont Bob" despite the fact that you have no connection to Brookmont whatsoever. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

Again, the fact that you think people believe this is yet another telltale sign of your abject stupidity. You'd actually look smarter admitting it was a temporary brain fart, but your stupidity and ego won't let you do that. Face it, you attempted look like someone from Falls Church in a feeble attempt to be in the know about the menu at Liberty BBQ, but you fucked up on Brookmont/Broadmont. When that weak ass ploy failed, you attempted in vain to pass yourself off as proprietors of the place. That's as lame as it gets, moron.

As for who has heard of Brookmont, it's more than plenty. That's what happens when it gets written about in the areas major and less than major publications.

On top of these, there are others labeling Broadmont as both "exclusive" and "desirable."

Not many, if any, carports to be found in this $1M+ neighborhood. There are a couple of gravel driveways, but most have converted to permeable or porous pavers.

Lather, rinse, repeat. When presented with evidence of failure, simply post a generically abstract insult and aim it in all directions to cover your bases. It's both futile and transparent. Oh, and it's predictable. Only a pussy tries to get the last word in that way.

It wasn't Falls Church or any of your Water Wars calamities that brought Brookmont Bob into the thread. It was your froth concerning Liberty BBQ. He claimed after all to live and work in McLean, making it reasonable to suppose that he might have ventured down to FCC to give the new place a try. It would seem though that he found it to be seriously not what you were trying to pass it off as.

> As for who has heard of Brookmont, it's more than

LOL. You've just confused Brookmont and Broadmont. Your Falls Church citizenship may be revoked. And of course, Brookmont -- especially in its kayak connection -- has also been widely written about in these "Where We Live" sorts of profiles in major publications. Your precious Broadmont is only pedestrian in that regard as well.

> On top of these, there are others labeling
> Broadmont as both "exclusive" and "desirable."

I'm Marie, and I lost 56 pounds with NutriSystem. Meanwhile and as has been pointed out so often, all of Falls Church is a dusty, decaying inside-the-Beltway dump lacking in proper space and amenities.

> Not many, if any, carports to be found in this

They're doing it wrong. Their garages are too often crammed with homeowner junk while they park the car out on the street. A carport and proper shed would be a much better solution. But of course, there would have to be space for a shed in order to go that route. Tough to do when the population density is 6,900 people per square mile. By comparison, it's 3,700 in each of Vienna and Dunn Loring. It's a nice thing to have a little elbow room, which is one more reason why people with resources tend to head out toward the Sweet Spot.

And as for dreamy million-dollar homes, let me carry you back to old Kingsley Road SE in hated Vienna to note that there are now more than a dozen of those seven-figure homes glistening within the first block off Park Street. And this is over on "the poor side of town." LOL!

YOU'RE Bookmont Bob, you dope. Why are you referring to yourself in the third person?

You only concocted your McLean story after your Broadmont/Brookmont blunder was exposed. Ever notice you constantly have to come up with outlandishly foolish excuses for your fuck ups. It'd be so much easier for you if you acted like a man an owned your fuck ups. Instead, you're a pussy.

Here, let me show you how it's done. Yeah, in a post about Brookmont AND Broadmont, I errantly used Brookmont instead of Broadmont. Yeah, I probably wouldn't have done it if I was on FFXU trying to pass myself off as a FCC resident, but I did it when discussing both in this thread.

See, I can own up to my blunders. I guess the difference is I'm a man, and, well, you clearly fall short of that.

You falsely claimed that nobody outside the neighborhood of Broadmont has heard of it. Evidence was given that authors and likely the readers of multiple articles, had, in fact, heard of it. No matter how much cockamamie explaining you try to spin here, that fact proves you're a liar. See, there you go again with your bullshit explanations. A dope like you should learn and adhere to Occam's razor. Perhaps, if you simply accepted the simplest and most obvious explanation to facts right in front of you, you wouldn't have to resort to concocting such wild fantasies in your addled brain. We both know you're too stupid for that though as you clearly can't distinguish between multiple individuals making fun of you.

Most agencies could probably reduce manpower by fifty percent without much negative impact. It is not as if any efficiency degradation would be noticed as most services are simply lethargic in nature.

if common sense prevailed in fed gov, the manpower could be much smaller...but all the self inflicted red tape really adds up

i earn 30% less as a fed, but not having to find new contracts and other benes are worth it

feds earn less than the contractors that are used to replace them however.
a common sense fed with a reasonable mission is actually a great investment...too bad the swamp runs on massive bloat and red tape

SES uber alles !

Certainly you neither knew nor intended the point that juxtaposition of those two claims in the same post would so starkly underscore about you.

Meanwhile, Brookmont is a place. It's across the river, but not "downtown". More like Bethesda-ish. People live and grow up there. They go off to college, and they sometimes return to live and work in places like McLean, Some of those it seems have eaten at Liberty BBQ in Falls Church City and had a rather different opinion of the place from yours. C'est la vie. It's nothing existential.

When can we expect your midnight confessions concerning the Water Wars? Or scallop season, or water-taxis, or the side streets of Vienna? After all, the rap sheet of your felony convictions here stretches back over many, many solar eclipses. You have quite the backlog of massive blunders to "own up" to here.

> You falsely claimed that nobody outside the

The statement is true. You simply do not recognize the difference between a colloquial and literal use of the word "nobody". That's the sort of thing that people who know that they've been beaten do.

Damn, but your dumb. In one post you sum up your biggest failures.

Let's look at your "Brookmont Bob" sock puppet. He magically only appears in a thread about food in Falls Church. He goes on and uses your favorite "dining desert" term. You're either too stupid to pull off using a sock puppet or you're so stupid that you believe people are buyimg your bullshit. Either way, you're stupid.

You go on and use use "Brookmont Bob" a few more times. And, of course, they reveal the same blunders you continually make. Here's one that proves further that I own your sorry ass.

http://www.fairfaxunderground.com/forum/read/2/2920986/2921349.html#msg-2921349

I never posted in that thread a single time. In fact, I didn't even know it existed until today. That didn't stop you, however, from claiming I did. Once again, proving that you think about me WAY too much. Have you asked yourself why you think about me that much? It also further proves your inability to differentiate between multiple posters.

Your "colloquial" vs. "literal" excuse is another feeble attempt to escape another stupid statement. Even colloquially speaking, you're still wrong. Just think, if you hadn't fucked up Broadmont/Brookmont sock puppet nonsense you wouldn't find yourself in such a losing situation. But, once again, instead of climbing out of your hole of stupidity, you keep digging deeper while I'm piling on and burying you in it.

Never been on a water taxi in NY and never claimed to have been. I've also never discussed scallops with you. I've owned your ass on cut through streets in Vienna though. The fact that the Town engage outside entities to study the issue and offer recommendations is more than enough proof to support my contention that I and many utilize numerous Vienna side streets to avoid sitting on 123. You had another lame excuse for that one, but I don't feel like looking it up.

What's your excuse for seeing me in threads I don't post in?

Once again, time for you to smarten up, but we both know you're way past that.

Tip of the hat -- I actually took that term from him. It's certainly apt after all. These Brookmonters turn out to be a pretty clever lot.

LOL! Tell us again how you use Vienna "side streets" to cut from southbound Gallows Road over to Park Street. Or how the poor people of Dunn Loring cannot use Electric Avenue to pop over to Anita's for dinner. You could always retell the tale of how you beat the morning rush on 123 by going to work at 4:00 in the afternoon (high-five!) Those are the mistakes of a home-bound Falls Church dumbass who builds his posts off Google maps and a prayer. What a classic failure!

You should’ve looked up Occam’s razor when you had the chance. It could’ve save you from your last pathetic post. When you see a Vienna or Falls Church thread, they aren’t started by me. Your reputation around here makes you easy troll bait. It’s relatively obvious to everyone. When you take them hook, line and sinker, you’re only cementing your status here as a massive moron.

All my degrees are in some form of economics. I further spent a fascinating and quite lucrative 40+ years as a practicing professional in that very field. You may be assured that I met and quickly moved beyond Friar Bill quite some time ago.

Those of us who actually have gone to Spring Training often post pictures from our days down south or out west. I wonder why we haven't yet seen any Azores stuff yet? No cousins over there who would be able to pass some along?

Some of us also remember your unforced errors in vintages and varietals and subsequent hasty retreat to MacArthur Liquors to snap some quick photos. Those hand-scrawled Post-It notes were an especially nice touch too. You haven't been able to live that down since, and you won't soon be able to either.

LOL! The only one with the need to believe that there is but one individual tormenting him all these long years is you, ya big dope. You haven't been able to figure that out since at least your water taxi and scallop debacles and it's only grown since. No doubt, a few others have joined the "hit" parade along the way for shits and giggles.

But, unfortunately for you, you shit the bed when you confused Brookmont and Broadmont and then had to quickly and clumsily concoct the McLean cover story. It's much the way you clumsily concocted the McArther story (which actually started out as Total Wine in your empty head) or the "inbred cousin" excuse for the Spring Training pics. Here's the deal with all this nonsense you cook up in your addled brain. You know it all to be lies, but concoct all this bullshit in a feeble attempt to convince people it might be true. If that's the case, you're just plain stupid. Or, if you actually believe the bullshit, you're dumber than dog shit and should be supervised 24/7. Which is it?

Remember, the Margaux was not your only step into the dog shit when it came to wine.

It would have behooved you to take the good Friar's rule of thumb with you along the way. Perhaps, had you adhered to it, it would have saved you all of the embarrassment you've heaped upon yourself here. You certainly would be ridiculed for all of your other idiotic moments, but it could have saved you from your long list of lame excuses and "explanations" you've fabricated over the years.

How about a moment of testicular fortitude for a a quick second and admit you know you're a bullshitter? You're not a good one, but a bullshitter nonetheless. You think you can overcome your cowardice and admit that?

Reminders: Fresh scallops are available in this market 365 days a year. Fresh fish is trucked in to better area restaurants every morning. One of the best ways to prepare bay scallops is to deep fry them. And of course, the Delta Water Shuttle and Dave Pasternak's so-so Esca restaurant were never in operation on the same day.

LOL! Total Wine was a place-holder. No way to tell up front what vendor you had scurried off to for an impromptu photo session. It was only upon further investigation that MacArthur Liquors was identified as the place.

> Here's the deal with all this nonsense you cook up...

The deal is simply that I enjoy hashing the bullshit that assholes post here, and you are a rank and serial offender in that regard.

Delta Water Shuttle ceased operations on May 1, 1998. End of story. The rights to the route fell to Arthur Imperatore, kingpin of NY Waterway which ran an empire of commuter ferry lines up and down the Hudson. The new route failed quickly and badly.

But not so badly as your phony claims of having regularly traveled from DC to company HQ in midtown Manhattan using a no longer functional ferry service and then dining at a barely passable seafood place that Google found for you through a chef's fondness for bay scallops -- about which you had badly messed your panties at the time. The whole thing was, still is, and always will be nothing more than a transparent and poorly crafted fairy tale.

> So sorry for your loss.

What you are eternally sorry for is my having shoved every element of your stupid scallops story right back up your fat ass where it came from. The butthurt glows brightly to this very day, as you have once again confirmed above.

Your wounds were deep and will continue to fester much more than heal going forward. You will be a deformed shadow of what you once thought yourself to be over the remainder of your days.

But I don't mean to focus too deeply here on just your scallops-scars. There are indeed many other threads that have contributed to that outcome as well. Now including this one.

Numerous state and federal statues cover what is considered voting fraud.

In the above instance, it is clear the defendants are charged with violating 18 USC 611.

Now, you're likely one of those regurgitating dupes on the left who's been programmed to respond the way you did. If pressed further, you'd likely want to get into a discussion of voter registration fraud vs. voter fraud.

It is clear from the charges these defendants are facing, at least to intelligent people, that they are accused of both voter registration fraud and voter fraud.

Maybe you need a refresher on voter fraud.

False. As the capture from NY Waterway clearly shows. Would you like to see it again? No problem!

file.php?2,file=232218,filename=deltawat

What company operated the service known as the Delta Water Shuttle under various contracts with Delta is irrelevant. Nobody cares whether it was profitably operated. Nobody gives a fuck about Arthur Imperatore. All of that was just a nonsense tangent that you tried to go off on (as you always do when getting your ass handed to you) when you realized that you'd fucked up after I made you waste your life over a holiday weekend Googling old ferry routes. lmao! Who ran the Delta-branded ferry with "Delta Water Shuttle" on the side and a crew wearing Delta uniforms that you bought tickets for at a Delta terminal with signs saying Delta Water Shuttle makes no fucking difference. As shown above above, there very obviously was a ferry service called the Delta Water Shuttle which ran out of the old marine air terminal at LaGuardia to Manhattan serving Delta Shuttle flights from DCA and BOS long after 1998 as you claimed that it ceased to run. You fucked up. Live with it.

Other than just being a massive douche bag, why would you even try to argue this? lol Thousands of people do the same damn thing every day. That's why they have dedicated shuttle flights out of DCA and the Acela that run every fucking day. I guess regularly going to NYC must seem like some exotic far away place when you're hanging from a strap on a bus and Metro for 30 years. Well, I can make you feel a little better. It wasn't. It was a fucking grind. Which, in fact, was one reason why we liked taking the water shuttle since it was a nice way to decompress and the timing was more reliable vs sitting in a cab in gridlocked traffic never sure that you were going to make your flight. Better to just chill on a boat ride and have a beer on the way home. And if you'd like to waste more of your life trying to dispute that by Googling old NYC liquor licenses, yes, they did serve beer. Free if I remember right. At least on some of the boats. There were multiple used. None of which is material to the fact that I did. Which was just one of many magical far away places that I'd be off to on any given day. Sorry that you didn't have had such an "exciting" commute.

Now if I really wanted to try to make your head explode rather than a mundane ferry that nobody other than someone who used it would even fucking know about in the first place, I could have mentioned taking one of the helicopters that ran from the same area at the end of Wall St. Which was pretty damn cool. Awww... now you're going to have to spend another long holiday weekend trying to Google that. LMAO!

Look stupid. Here's another tip for how you can tell us apart. I don't have the interest or patience to argue all day with your blowhard ass and I'm not as nice as the other guy. I just straight up call you a full of shit asshole and pummel you with facts. I don't give a fuck about Falls Church or Vienna. What is shows today is exactly what it has always showed -- that you are a pathetic liar who didn't know the history of the inoperative ferry service that you falsely claimed to have ridden on so often when pressed by me to give it a name. You simply fucked that up. Just as you did with your hapless Margaux manglings and the dozens of other Google-based splatterings that you forever try to pass off onto your pal, 'Someone Else'.

Because every single word of your half-assed scallops story had the stench of a total lie from the very outset. And as I've often said -- between sips of delicious single-estate Kona coffee, I simply enjoy kicking the living shit out of stupid lying assholes.

It would have been pretty damned pedestrian, moron. As your latest desperate round of Google-Play may not have told you, all NY airports and the Eastside Airlines Terminal were connected by helicopter service. Maybe you could tell us next how you were once able to ride the subway in New York City as well. Or maybe not, since we established years ago that while I grew up in the area, you have no familiarity with any part of Manhattan at all.

LOL! Your ignorance is exceeded only by your futility. You still betray the searing ache and pain from disastrous Merrifield beatings suffered in 2013. You have never gotten over anything here.

Let me taunt you further by noting that the population density in your long-rotting, Water Wars-losing, and "chicken place"-lacking neck of the woods is 6,900 people per square mile. Compare to places like Oakton, Vienna, and Dunn Loring that each check in at around 3,700. And there's always Wolf Trap at about 1,650 and Arlington at 8,700. Easy to read those tea leaves, sucker.

I'll keep this simple to cut through your endless babbling.

Easy question. Same one that you tried to avoid answering before:

The name of the ferry service which ran from LaGuardia to Manhattan on or about December 28, 2000 was the ___________ _______________ ______________.

I'll even make it open book.

Never rode the subway. Never needed to. Actually, I did as a kid back when it still used tokens but that doesn't count. Probably still have some old tokens around here somewhere.

I am disappointed that you're not even going to try your Google magic this holiday weekend though. Learned a hard lesson the last time that you failed I guess. lol

One would think that you'd be able to figure this out all on your own but being blinded by ego and massive douchebaggery I suppose that makes it impossible in your case. Anyone else would be able to pick up on that while "I" will argue with you for days about Vienna/Falls Church in one series of posts, "I" don't give a fuck in another. *shrug* It's a real mystery bro. Maybe you'll figure it out one day. I kinda hope not though since I know that it drives your old ass nuts and it's an endless source of trolling fun for the rest of us. lol!

Google does routinely mark you as a lying asshole, but if research is needed at all, the discovery can typically be made in five minutes or less. That's just how laughably stupid you are. Too dumb to cover yourself at all.

Yes, much to your apparent dismay it did. Ignoring for the moment that there obviously are many other ways into the city which I mentioned that I also used before, during, and after, your primary "proof" was your claim after spending a long holiday weekend Googling that I couldn't have possibly used the Delta Water Shuttle because it ceased to operate in 1998 and Esca didn't open until 2000. As you repeated above:

> ...the Delta Water Shuttle and Dave Pasternak's so-so Esca restaurant were never in operation on the same day.

So, once again, that pesky question that you're trying so hard to avoid:

Merrifield - As I said, no clue.

German Gourmet - Never saw that one as far as I remember.

Florida - You two argue that one all the time so impossible to miss it but, nope, not me.

Skiing at Killington - Nope.

Playing golf in Lake Tahoe? - Nope. But I did join in that one to bust your dumb ass for trying to get away with posting someone else's picture implying that it was yours. lol!

Stupid Falls Church douche. It was a picture of a “dogleg,” a golf term that (like “knife”) you failed to understand. There was no identification of who took the photo nor of the golfer pictured in it. Much as with your water-taxi nonsense, all that was just your cranial incompetence on display once again.

Nope and nope. It was a picture of a specific hole on a specific course that in your usual Asshole... way you were boasting of playing and implying that it was yours. If someone wanted to bother searching back they probably could find it. I really don't have the interest to bother. I'm sure that you have it bookmarked in your folder titled "The many times that I've had my dumb ass handed to me" so you could just post the link. lmao

I have found that in the beginning of their careers federal employees can sometimes make more than their private sector counterparts would (because less skilled workers are paid shit even with a college degree) but the trade off is as they climb the career ladder their lifetime potential is limited while people with comparable skills and expertise get paid much more in the private sector. So basically if we want talented people running the federal agencies we should stop demonizing them.

Feds get better benefits generally (retirement and leave).

Feds have better job security.

Feds get paid the same or less for high-skilled jobs.

Feds get paid much more for admin/back office jobs.

Some are grossly overpaid. Some are grossly underpaid.

What hasn't changed is rather starkly illustrated in your having stepped in the very same pile of shit today that you did in 2014. It's now a two-fer for me. There is and never was anything in the words "taken some years ago" that suggested anything at all about either the person who took the dogleg photo or the person seen in it. All that was blank-space left by me that was then filled in by the weak and poorly trained mind of some dimbulb Falls Church asshole whose ever-raging butthurt forced him to make unwarranted assumptions and jump to wildly irrational conclusions. It was all just one big tantrum on your part. Well, that would be TWO big tantrums now. I guess. What a failure!

> That was my only post in that entire thread btw.
> Which of course you won't believe. Good...Gooodddd...

LOL. It was and still is patently obvious that in reality, you as usual had many posts under multiple sock-puppet handles in that thread. Including ones that made spurious claims of having played a round of golf at Coyote Moon and at other nearby courses that Google had identified for you. However, your utter inability to react to small details about the Lake Tahoe area when those were dangled in front of your face suggested ever so powerfully that you in fact have never been there for golf or any other purpose at all. We've seen that sort of thing re Florida as well, of course.

> But let's get back to the matter at hand.

Face it. Fresh scallops are available in this market 365 days a year. That and every other aspect of your silly fictions and fairy tales over business trips to Manhattan, rides on water-taxis, and dining at so-so Esca was long ago debunked. From the outset, it was all just a web of poorly woven lies that you tried to pass off but were caught red-handed at. Quite the familiar sort of story for you, actually. Like clockwork, you just get blown out of the water here in one thread after another.

Walked by my Branch Chief's office today at 930am following our weekly roundup meeting (USDA-IT-Department). He was too busy to discuss the annual budget as he needed to finish his online Poker Game. "Not today Chuck" I need to take care of some personal business and leaving early. This happens two or three times a week. The time keeper does not record his off campus time since she is a grade 7 with little power.

He loves to drive his BMW 7 series while he should be at work. He has lots of lady friends that get his attention before our division receives any guidance. He lacks any leadership skills and it astounds me how this man made grade 15 more than a decade ago. The divisional morale is horrible. It seems our director is too thin skinned to address this ROAD's behavior.

Having been in GOVT for 23 years this is not the first mid level supervisor that has led a department or division I've been assigned where each day I am left puzzled how these folks that are not productive nor even smart really gain rank which is undeserved. I think the OP of this post is correct as from what I have experienced more than half of the Federal Service workers are just collecting salaries without producing much if anything at all.

The system is broken. It is basically a jobs program for a lot of people that would not make it in the private sector.

We are under a great deal of stress with implementations and product deadlines and this guy - our branch chief plays online poker and chills with the ladies all day. Oh yeah, he has Barrack and Michele Photographs all over his office.

Your weak bluff got called. There is no absolutely no reason to refer to a pic that you just pulled from a web site as "taken some years ago." Lots of other ways that you might have presented it. No need to insert that otherwise. Not a simple error in wording. Your intent made even more clear in the context of the rest of your standard blowhard boasting of having played there. Sorry.

It's a very simple question. Is there a reason why you're avoiding it? Everyone else reading knows the right answer...

The name of the ferry service operating between LaGuardia and Manhattan on or about December 28, 2000 was the ___________ _______________ ______________.

I've got a question too. I bet he runs from it like a little cowardly pussy though.

Here it is:

http://patch.com/virginia/mclean/mclean-district-crime-robbery-burglaries-and-other-incidents

"7100 block of Lee Highway, linens from business"

From that description, can you tell us which hotel the linens were stolen from?

LOL! How funny it is to make him revisit his long litany of failures.

Oh, and remember, while you may be able to find both a Lascombes and Palmer at MacArthur, you can not and could not when you feebly tried to find a 2000 of either, let alone both. It's yet another example of how you exposed your grotesque ignorance on such matters. And you didn't discover MacArthur, until I pointed you in that direction. Even then, you managed to royally fuck it up.

And one more friendly reminder, most golfers don't hit a knife when they are in their prime, let alone when they're in their 90s.

Your butthurt overfloweth. The purpose of the photo was educational. It was to illustrate the nature of a 'dogleg' -- a golf term that (like 'knife') had puzzled one boastful and ever-confused Falls Church reader.

> Lots of other ways that you might have presented it.

Indeed. I chose the one I chose for reasons that even four years later and after having stepped in the same dogshit twice, you somehow struggle to understand.

> > > That was my only post in that entire thread btw.

I just wanted to laugh at that again. There were many posts by you and yours in that thread which is why the recollection of it is so bitterly painful for you, even after all these years. And of course it was quite easy to tell from ignorance of the little things in your amateurish posts that you had never actually been to Lake Tahoe at all. You went on to have similar problems just two years later in not knowing what the Brevard Zoo was. That's Google for you.

> It's a very simple question. Is there a reason

The only others actually reading here are your assembled sock puppets. Those Fail Army recruits have been told as often as you have that the Delta Water Shuttle collapsed and vanished as of May 1, 1998. It never took anyone to anywhere near Esca. As was shown at the time, your entire narrative of 2014 was 100% pure bullshit.

> You should wear a helmet btw.

Nothing to lose in your case, however, so why bother?

There are only two inns in that general vicinity, so it isn't like the strip along what once was South Falls Church is riddled with rundown hotels, though some have foolishly made that claim. In the end though, there is not enough information here to tell which establishment would have been the victim of this heinous crime. Perhaps if we knew which side of the massive 30-foot cliff the burgled business was on, we could hazard a reasonable guess. You know, that cliff doesn't show up on Google maps, so stooges sometimes proclaim that they could easily walk (or even drive) as the crow flies from one inn to the other, this despite the fact that any such undertaking would end in the rapid arrival of first responders and a hasty lights-and-sirens trip to the Emergency Room at Fairfax Hospital. A more rational attempt to walk from front door to front door of these two inns would meanwhile need to cover a distance not of a pretended 75 feet, but rather of multiple city blocks.

Even the Palmer was bottled in the tens of thousands. Neither that nor the Lascombes was ever a "special" wine. They were commonly available middle grade offerings, and it would have been more than just MacArthur that had both of them in stock. MacArthur of course was merely the place you slithered off to in order to snap your emergency photos of WHATEVER bottles you could find that had 'Margaux' printed on the label. Such a grade-school stunt.

Which in no way required inserting that it was "taken some years ago."

False. That was your original fuck up after wasting your long holiday weekend Googling old ferry routes. Since you suck at that too, you jumped on an earlier source saying that the *company* originally operating the ferry service known as the Delta Water Shuttle under contract to Delta went under. Had you look more then you would have known that its assets and landing rights were bought by NY Waterway and the service itself continued to operate.

Metro Business; Delta Ferry Service Is Sold
By NICK RAVO

New York Waterway, a commuter ferry service in Weehawken, N.J., said yesterday that it had bought Harbor Shuttle, the operator of the Delta Water Shuttle, which provides ferry service between Manhattan and the Marine Air Terminal at La Guardia Airport, where Delta Air Lines runs its shuttle service to Boston and Washington.

Arthur E. Imperatore Jr., president of New York Waterway, said that the sale was for an undisclosed amount under $2 million. The assets acquired include four 149-passenger ferry boats and one 88-passenger ferry, the landing rights and service for the Delta Water Shuttle and the landing rights and service from Staten Island to Yankee Stadium.

Schedules for both the Delta Water Shuttle and the ferry to Yankee Stadium will remain unchanged, as will fares.

https://www.nytimes.com/1998/05/05/nyregion/metro-business-delta-ferry-service-is-sold.html

As the capture from NY Waterway's site at the time and multiple other sources clearly prove, the ferry service from LaGuadia to Manhattan known as the Delta Water Shuttle continued to operate through 12/29/2000. Would you like to see it again? No problem!

So, in conclusion, BOTH the Budget Inn and the Quarry Inn are in the SAME 7100 Block of Lee Highway.

In fact, of the two adjoining properties, one sits partially in front of the other. Of course, you have morons that are too stupid to know the difference between a driveway/parking lot and an access road. No matter, it doesn't change the fact that both hotels are on the same block. Elevation changes are also immaterial and make for a very stupid argument made by very stupid people.

As for the Margauxs, MacArthur did not have a 2001 of either, let alone both, at the time you claim they did, nor do they now. You never offered any proof, and you certainly won't know. Why is it that you find yourself constantly making up asinine stories that make you look so foolish?

Again, Occam's razor could have come in handy for you on multiple occasions, but you're just to stupid to see what is right in front of your empty head.

Of course it was not required. Those words were chosen and inserted for a specific purpose, and as had been anticipated, you've been stepping in that same bit of shit ever since 2014! Way to go, dumbo!

No. not weird at all. As the result of reflexive lying, you are often forced to back track and back down on claims once made. It happens all the time.

LOL! Took all of 30 minutes to unearth the history and route maps that blew your sorry ass story to pieces. No part of your Manhattan fables was ever true. It was always nothing but poorly manufactured slop to be picked apart as the gulls would shred some bits of fish out on the docks at Rockport.

(If it had ferry service, LGA would have appeared somewhere north of the T in ROUTES.)

Actually, and as was long ago explained to you, the Port Authority had for some time been looking for a way to yank the license for the under-performing LGA route and hand it over to Arthur Imperatore, impresario of the commuter ferry giant, NY Waterway. Success officially came on May 1, 1998, as the Delta Water Shuttle and its operator, Harbor Shuttle Inc., were forcibly shut down and broken up, their assets being either sold off or ceded away. Neither entity had any further functional existence.

Business Basics: Having acceded to rights to it in the legal clean-up following the 1998 PA-led demise of its predecessors, NY Waterway continued to use the trade name for the service in its advertising. You can hear the same sort of thing being done today with the name of long-dead 'Bell & Howell' being aped in various low-brow TV commercials. Rights to do that had been bought out of bankruptcy court by a capital management firm in 2011.

And they are still set on opposite sides of a 30-foot cliff, and multiple city blocks apart from each other -- much further for instance than the distance between Lee Highway and the northern extents of Greenway Downs, which someone once claimed to be "largely set back" from Route-29.

It was supplies of 2000 Margaux that were at issue. You have fucked up the vintages once again. And both of your cherished selections were available on the internet for cheap as recently as 2015.

As an economist, what I regularly see as plain as day here at FFXU often includes one stumbling, fumbling, bumbling, failure -- a futile Falls Church fabulist as it were -- who has serious intellectual, financial, and residential deficits as against those of us who can afford to live in the Sweet Spot. And of course, a much worse catalog of local eateries as well.
