so for me they've obstructed me from paying then threatened they may take my vehicle if i don't "pay late fees". they've tried to seize my right to drive asserting i should be taking the bus. they (someone) left a note on my car they intended to "buy it". several other county incidents though i had to "correct" or my vehicle would be seized upon their "timer". all with zero evidence of guilt.

my opinion is they are operating like NY,NY - they are deep in grand theft auto - they are a crime ring

Has the County sent you notice your vehicle may be seized (written in ink, a direct threat of seizure possible)? If so, offer why if you wish.
