Hate to break this to you. The typical DC area suburban mother over thirty is more likely to pay money NOT to have sex. The ones who are interested in sex are not that hot looking, and the few hot ones will want someone better than you.

You don't sign up anywhere. You just go to where you find FFX housewives and hit on them until one takes you home with her.
They tend to be a little more willing when husband left that morning for a business trip or if he left the day before. You have to find them while school is in session, too. See if they're moaning and shrieking dirty words and the bedroom door is closed, once she opens the door and you step out of the bedroom with her, the kids will be wise and they'll blackmail mommy. Eventually, they'll get more demanding and wind up ratting her out, anyhow.
If you hook up with the right one, they can be pretty good.

It's not the hot ones paying for it. The hot ones just hook up with guys from the gym. I've had several wives at the gym say "no problem, my husband is cool with it."
