Try getting some pickup workers who will tear it apart for you. I picked up two guys at the gas station one time who tore a shed down for me. Born in the USA even. Country boys from 540 territory.

Found a guy who came over, disconnected the hot tub and hauled it away for $125. Thanks for the advice from this and my original thread.

1800 GOT JuNk. Used to work for them and we would take apart a hot tub at least once a month. Usually an hour to two hour job depending on size. If we can't get it out of the sunroom we'll saw it and get the motor out first. But if it's outside we usually just donut roll it to the truck. And yes tips are always greatly appreciated after a hot tub project

Since legally was not included in your original question I would load it on the back of a stake body truck and push it off the back going down Centerville Road at about 65 MPH.
