United States Constitution, Article VI

"This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.'

This means that no state law, no state judge, can go against the constitution.
The constitution, and your rights under it, come first.

U.S. Constitution - Article 3 Section 2

"In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction."

This means that when a state tries to prosecute you, they have no jurisdiction. If a state wants to prosecute you, they have to take it to the Supreme Court.

Assert your rights firmly my friends. Otherwise, you will lose them.

The outhouse Lawyer is ranked a close second past glory hole technician.
The glory hole technician must maintain razor sharp hole saws for cutting.
Must lift 40lbs too for the job.

AT&T and Time Warner hostile buyout "rumor" (i'll say rumor because Germany has been threatening to do it for like 20 years now)

Monopolies are legally regulator for quite some time in the USA.

That means certainly a case involving MONOPOLY owned by a foreign power would have: USSC jurisdiction, not federal, because of involvement with a foreign country's government

OP, good luck with that. You also don't have the right to drive a car in a state.
