I spent 300 days in fairfax county ADC and everyone I encountered there had a story to tell.. They all had excuses for why they were in the jail. They all were sorry... sorry they got CAUGHT, that is. None of the guys I met will ever change. I think I can safely say that they all will spend the rest of their lives in and out of jail.

And--by the way--Everyone who I met in there was guilty. VERYONE......Including me.

Harold sounds like an honest man (no sarcasm intended here), despite what he served time for and confirms what most people know, but haven't had to live the unpleasant experience for themselves. He's right....jail if full of people who are pissed off at the world and want to blame everybody but themselves.

You know, I'm no fan of most cops, but if think you've got a bad PD in FFx Co., you really need to get out more.

Start with something easy, like PGC.
