I have pretty bad allergies and I hear local honey helps. Any recommendations on where I can find some?

Try a farmers' market and check where it comes from, nothing too far away. Some folks believe that honey made locally contains pollen from the local trees/flowers and that helps relieve allergies.

We used to get some from a couple at area farmers markets who had hives in Fairfax and the Shenandoah. A couple of years ago in the Shenandoah a hot shot driver going way too fast smacked into them with his penis extender.

I’ll definitely believe in research rather than anecdotal stories, but when I saw this, I remember thinking, oh yeah, I did that a couple years ago. I got allergies real bad and remember at the time, it didn’t make a difference.

I completely forgot I even tried that and have been trying to figure out why I haven’t gotten allergies the last two years. Not at all and with no reason why they just stopped for me. Maybe the honey thing is real but just that the effects take a year...I really have no other theory for why my allergies just stopped.
