Good exercise equipment is expensive. It really isn't particularly cost-effective for a home gym. I preferred CrossFit as an alternative to strength training on machines. Your own weight and the frequency of approaches play an important role here. I can train alone and I do it very successfully. If you want to repeat then you can try this out I usually count one set of exercises as a weekly workout. Then I look for another option. The main thing is to observe safety precautions.

I think nowadays better will be to stay at home. If you want to workout, you can also do this at home!

Hello man! I agree with you. Covid is very dangerous now and many countries will start new quarantine soon. I think that it is really good idea to workout at home, you can buy all necessary equipment online. For example I recently ordered cool push up bars here, great thing for this exercise!
