I found it pretty interesting that someone would be popped for the same offense, over and over, and over again...

Also, at her age, she should have known better...

I agree with you on that. I'd be interested to know where all the offenses took place. Was she hanging out at the same place, and the police knew to look out for her? That seems like a lot of DIPs, so she was either drinking a whole lot, or had very bad luck.

If she was homeless it would have said 'no fixed address'. The arrest with the 'no address recorded' was in oct/2004...in nov/04 she listed her regular address on her next arrest. She either never gave them one or none was taken.
