4WD Stuck Off RT28 Since Snow- Plowed In

Saw this gem of a 4WD stuck off Rt28. Looks like it's been stuck since the beginning of the snow. I still get a laugh out of it every time I drive by. Guess he doesn't have to worry about it getting towed. Must also be stuck in mud.

Looks like a late 90s Dodge Durango. They were junk, anyways...

Now that is an interesting picture to me. I drive all over the place and have several times passed a similar vehicle stuck on Price William Parkway, not far from the County Building. I almost guessed the above image was that very one, but i note that the one on PWP has a dangling driver mirror now. Noted that yesterday. If I see it again in passing I will try and get a snap of it.

i saw that same one a couple days ago. Were they all 4wd's? or is there a chance thats a 2 wheel drive one.

Went by there today. Looks like someone got it or a tow company snagged it today. I think if a vehicle is abandoned on a VA highway for more than 24hrs it's fair game for a towing company.

in areas where it snows a lot the locals always laugh at the out-of-towners getting stuck by the dozens in 4x4's. Without traction (chains) no vehicle will move - 2wheel drive; 4wheel drive it doesnt matter if your wheels are spinning.
