People realized long ago that a pendulum swings back and forth. And they have been misguided by that example ever since.

Member of the Fairfax Mathematical Society here. Simplistic cycles do exist with the correct formula. Any person that disputes dis not get beyond Calc-III in college. Or more likely graduated from a liberal ivy league school where everything is spoon fed to willing morons.
