(discount B&O since its' for pleasure and connects with alexandria, always has, the only diff is that it's now paved the whole way)


* it could be for improving property value of homes in (gov worker favored) areas

* by the time you know if they "really" built paths physically useful for job seekers, hundreds of millions will be vanished. the paths may end up just being for play and improving land value - or providing political favorites cash for planning and building useless paths


* fx co and VA have THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of these jobs going: they don't advertise the job work in the papers

Walking should be free but they need to charge tolls for all the Spandex wearing Libtards riding thier bikes's on these paths.

Yes, certainly! Just who benefits when people can walk or ride a bicycle safely to public transportation centers and other places, like schools? Well, apart from some kids, and some nannies who don't have to drive their wards everywhere. And then also a few people who can walk or exercise locally instead of driving to a gym.

I certainly don't see how anyone can draw any connection at all between better non-motorized routes and more people using public transportation, reducing pollution, the number of single occupancy pleasure cars on our roadways, or low level of exercise. Well, maybe some lazy fat nannies could try.
