Looking for a rental

I am looking for a rental in the Merrifield area. Thought I would reach out here. Looking for a 2 bedroom house or apartment for a 12 month lease at $2,000 or below. Any recommendations?

You might be able to find an affordable shanty near Route 1 in Alexandria. Running water is extra.

Merrifield was torn down and replaced with the Mosaic Distrcit...which means you will now pay 60% more.

Immposible to find a 2br in Meerifield for $2000/mo if there are none on the realtor website.

Thanks for the responses. There is a place called Amberleigh next to Fairfax Hospital - reading reviews, and they are 50/50. The price is within my range, though. Any thoughts from people who know the place? Heading to visit today.

We live in strathmeade square and pay 2000 a month. We are hightailing it this summer bc we can't afford that.check it out....
