I've run into people like the Salahis before (though not on this scale). They are people who live beyond their means who pray on the trust of others. They "buy" products and services with no intention of paying for them (since they don't have the money to pay for them). The only way they will pay you is if you go through the pain and hassle involved with taking them to court and winning a judgment against them. Then, as you see from the Post article, they still won't pay.
They need to be in prison.
