Hazmat on FXCO Parkway

Around 9:15am near 29 on the right shoulder - lots of emergency vehicles including HM440 with police all over the place. Several large, unmarked (Federal/state?) panel trucks with blue & red lights. Surprised that FXCO did not send out a CEAN traffic advisory.

What's HM440?
If it was hazmat they would have set a perimeter around it depending on what it is.
The DOT placards specify what it is and you can look that up and it will tell you the proper response methods. Hopefully it wasn't nuclear waste.

HM440 is the hazmat unit stationed at Station 40 near Costco Plaza. It looked like a truck flipped on the shoulder and the cleanup was probably for leaked diesel fuel. The ramp from 29 to the southbound FXCO Parkway was closed until around 11:30.
