Not counting politics, the most prominent family in and near Fairfax county is the Forest Mars clan, owners of the M and M Mars candy empire.

Mars family is furtive and not obnoxious like the fucked up kids of Sam Walton.
The Burke Herbert family in Alexandria is more prominent. But, let’s keep it ffx.

Unlike Montgomery County, Fairfax has become associated with the typical negative stereotype of suburban life (on steroids) with unsophisticated, astonishingly ignorant people. The stark lack of names listed here is a manifestation of the toxic environment known as Fairfax. However, I agree, the Mars family(s) are lovely people. And they do have nice parties with other kind people. A true refuge from you...
