Fried chicken, fried okra, French fries even funnel cakes. So bad yet they eat it all up. Why?

Real Southerners, black, white, Christian, Jewish, like fried foods. It is only ignorant people from the Northeast and Midwest that think of it as black food.

Ya, because all of those people in the Midwest of German descent don't love their schnitzel, fried wurst, fried potatoes............ African Americans like grape soda (apparently) and Germans like Spezi.

No baking involved in Asian dishes. They also mostly fry their food.
