how much to tip a pizza/chinese delivery guy in the snow/ice?

I was just wondering, but what does everyone think is the appropriate % or cash ammount to tip a pizza or chinese delivery guy?

Especially since there is a lot of black ice out there and still unplowed streets, and I think a lot of us will be ordering out tonight while watching the skins'..

I think those guys/gals deserve a lot for their efforts!!

Chinese delivery tip: 20 yuan
