Wow, three posts in a row by our lying coward. One has to wonder where his animosity for Falls Church began. Speeding ticket on Broad? An inferiority complex fueled even further by his inability to afford a home in Falls Church?

Can you imagine the level of deep-seated butthurt that drives a person to post three different posts over more than a half an hour a feeble attempt to distract from his lies?

He even went so far as to impersonate a local blogger. How pathetic is that?

Word of advice, butthurt boy, citing events prior to the conclusion of the matter five years later is as much a winning strategy as lying about “area historians” ie. it’s a puss poor strategy.

Man oh man, you’re pathetic.

More ignorant butthurt. There is no debate here, moron. Falls Church got its sorry ass kicked. You are only continuing in that tradition of abysmal failure. As those with any actual understanding of relevant history know full well.

Abandoned by the courts and the Corps of Engineers, Falls Church was ultimately left no choice but to accede to a pennies-on-the-dollar buyout by the hated Fairfax Water. It was a stinging but well-earned defeat.

LOL! Someone’s extra butthurt this morning. Any other names you want to post under today? You’re such a massive fraud.

You’re right on one thing, however. There is no debate here. The fact that you cowardly resorted to lies indicates you know how weak your position is!

Please provide the names of the “area historians” that reached a consensus consistent with your position. If, once again, you refuse to do it, be man enough to admit you lied. It’s one thing to be a liar, but how can you live with yourself being a coward?

May 15, 2007
United States District Court in Alexandria
Senior Judge Claude M. Hilton presiding.

After hearing arguments presented by opposing counsel, Judge Hilton dismissed the City’s complaint in its entirety. There was no longer any legal basis or pretense for FCC's hold over people or property lying outside the city limits. How costly for Falls Church that decision would come to be.

LOL! Another piece of information from 2007 on a matter settled FIVE years later in 2012.

If you have to construct your arguments from lies and outdated cherrypicked information, you might as well admit defeat.

Can you provide us with names of "area historians" that reached a consensus on this matter? Why are you dodging the question like a coward?

Sadly, this is true. It's actually kind of weird what a dining-out desert Falls Church is. Everywhere nearby -- Tysons, Vienna, the Mosaic District, Ballston -- can boast of very nice dining options, but Falls Church has virtually nothing at all. So strange.

God, but you're an ignorant fuck! That 2007 decision blew the foundations out from under the totality of FCC's practices and claims outside the city limits, becoming the headwaters for the raging torrent that ultimately wiped FCC off the map. They lost Tysons. They lost Merrifield. They lost everything. All because of that 2007 ruling. Just the facts, ma'am, whether you were too stupid to follow along or not.

LOL! It's a fair question of course, but there is no viable answer to it. If one is in Falls Church and seeking a restaurant meal of even middling quality. the only choice is to decamp to some nearby jurisdiction that actually has such a thing on offer. Otherwise, it's Clare and Don's Beach Shack, the pizza place, or Elevation Burger at this point. Extremely Slim pickings at best.

The food at Mad Fox is pretty good, much better than the choices quoted above.

That's a fair description of the history, one which did indeed end quite badly for Falls Church. But I wonder why these acreage boasters have never taken into account the nine acres owned by Falls Church that they simply had to abandon back to Fairfax County? I see two possible reasons here...

1. Ignorance: They didn't know about it.
2. Deceit: They did know, but tried to cover it up.

It is of course only further black marks that can accrue from either one.

Bwahahahaha!!! You will never be able to do that, as the best eats in Falls Church City are last night’s KFC left-overs out of the fridge. They would of course have come originally from someplace like Arlington or Annandale.

Could you be more stupid? Everyone knows that if you want fried chicken in Falls Church, you head down and pick up some of the highly acclaimed fried chicken from Liberty BBQ at Broad and Virginia. It's off the charts amazing. Of course, the entire menu at Liberty is can't miss.

Responding to yourself is about as pathetic as you can get. It's a clear sign you know you've been defeated. That's pretty sad - even for you.

In any event, even though you posted multiple times, you've still failed to name even a single "area historian" that supports your claim. That's pretty telling considering you claimed they reached a consensus.

I suppose responding to yourself is all you have left given you've been caught in a lie.

Just another boot up some asshat amateur's ass. FCC crushed in Alexandria, re-crushed in Richmond...

"Rulings of the US District Court in Alexandria may be appealed to the Federal Court of Appeals in Richmond. While filing deadlines are tight, matters often do not come before the Court for months. Thus the second battle of the Water Wars did not commence until 2008. The City’s appeal was heard before a three-judge panel on January 31. Judge Allyson K Duncan, writing for Judges Roger L Gregory and M Blane Michael who concurred, handed down a 12-page opinion on April 4 which affirmed Judge Hilton’s earlier ruling."

This is the sort of actual history that actual local historians tend to agree upon.

Not so much, but it's cute how you think that. You've been buried under your own lies for a week. You can't recover. You got caught in a lie and you've been feebly attempting to run away from it. You want to recover? Name the "area historians" that reached a consensus regarding the matter. Your failure to do just that will ensure your continued demise.

You're a liar that still fails to provide the names of any "area historians" that support your contention.

Hint: an editorial from a Trump loving rag hardly qualifies as an "area historian."

Perhaps you're too stupid to know what a historian is.

Liberty BBQ may or may not be an improvement over the Famous Dave's that it replaced, but it does NOT serve "fried chicken" in anything like the sense that KFC, Popeye's, or Chick-fil-a does.

Go back to Maryland, Bob. Liberty serves "fried chicken" that is BETTER than KFC, Popeye's, or Chick-fil-a. It is traditional fried chicken on the bone (like KFC or Popeye's) that has been brined in pickle juice (like Chick-fil-a) and buttermilk.

They also make a nice fried chicken sandwich.

Actually, they do. And of course, I have presented facts from a variety of points along the dismal 'Trail of Tears' timeline that Falls Church stupidly chose to travel down. They never had a case. They unwisely forced the courts to slap them silly as a means of driving home that point.

"Twice defeated, the City declined to file an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, a move which likely would have had little chance of success, given the strength of the prior rulings and the absence of a dissenting opinion from any of the appellate court judges."

Your phony claim of being an "amateur historian" yourself has miserably failed on every count save for the "amateurish" part. You've demonstrated no mastery at all of the relevant facts of the time, while cadres of qualified commenters have contributed here to making you look like the rank and ignorant asshole that you in reality are.

By the way, have you come up with an explanation for the missing nine acres yet? The choice seemed to be between ignorance and dishonesty. Neither would be a surprising choice.

LOL. You can't demand answers when you won't name the "area historians" that support your contention. Name the historians.

Your scant "facts" consist of a Trump loving rag and a piece written years before the matter concluded. You went on this tirade because you were too stupid to know the boundaries shifted. Keep it up though, I have no problem continuing to call out your lies and stupidity.

Lol. Your problems are with knowing what the fuck your are talking about. What you have NO problem with is being an ignorant asshole who gets the living shit kicked out of him day after day. Sources used above are from the right, from the left, and from the scrupulously non-partisan. What they all have in common is that they blow your sorry ass right out of the water. All you have to do is provide the names of "area historians." But, you continually and cowardly refuse to do just that.

You couldn't kick the shit out of a halfwit paraplegic.

From day one, you got trapped in your lie and have been wrenching in agony trying to run from the lie. Your problem, however, is that I won't stop reminding you of that lie until you own it like a man.

Oh, and it looks like you got your ass whooped on fried chicken too. You just can't win at anything.

You’ve been absolutely crushed at every turn here, Dumbo. You haven’t a case to make. You were too dumb and lazy to learn any of the actual history, thus exposing yourself to one horrific broadside after another. Falls Church City was simply demolished at every turn, as credible sources have all concluded. You’ve suffered only the same fate.

Take your pick. Cited above are judges, journalists, and analysts from all over the spectrum. None are in your camp of ignorance. That’s all just you — stumbling, fumbling, and bumbling along.

Good luck with your new newly launched Chicken Wars. Perhaps you’ll fare better there than you have in matters related to the Water Wars.

Shove it up your pitiful ass, you lazy loser-fuck. Sources for the range of posts that have raped and then re-raped your sorry self were posted along the way. Judges, journalists, legal analysts. And over in your corner, we have exactly one illiterate dope, an ass-clown who defames the profession by claiming to be an historian of some sort. You're not a historian of ANY sort at all. You're just a dickless phony -- a tawdry, ignorant dipshit who can't face up to the documented disgrace and failure of his tattered hometown.

And by the way, which was it again re the missing nine acres? Was it just a dullard's ignorance that brought about that oversight, or was it an act of deliberate dishonesty on your part? Either way, Falls Church got its ass very severely whooped in the Water Wars. They lost at every turn, meaning that you should just go fuck yourself.

I've tried to follow up on this, but the forces of ignorance and/or deceit have so far not aligned with the cause. It may be that they are intent on pretending not to see a problem. Or perhaps they have been drafted now to combat duty in the raging Chicken Wars instead.

Responding to yourself again. Pathetically weak, even for you.

Let me make it clear for you as you seem to dense to get it.

Historian - a person who studies and writes about the past, and is regarded as an authority on it. Historians are concerned with the continuous, methodical narrative and research of past events as relating to the human race; as well as the study of all history in time.

Judge - a person who presides over court proceedings, either alone or as a part of a panel of judges.

Journalist - a person who collects, writes, or distributes news or other current information to the public.

A judge and a journalist (if you can even call the sources you cited as journalists) are NOT historians.

Now that we have that cleared up, name the "area historians" you claim support your position. If you can't, simply be man enough to admit you lied or are unclear what a historian is.

There is no question whether Liberty is an improvement over Famous Dave's. In the short time it has been open, I've been there many times and enjoyed their Barbecue. It's probably the best in the area.

However, after seeing the pictures posted here yesterday, I stopped on my way home and got the fried chicken. Holy fuck that shit was AWESOME. It's hands down the best in the region. I'll definitely be going back for that.

Dead man talking. And it’s all still worthless bullshit. Like the city’s legal team, you have no case at all to make on behalf of Falls Church City and nothing to counter the boatloads of authoritative reporting of the major battles lost by the city in round after round of the Water Wars. You have been beaten really badly here, and I would doubt that this is the first time such total humiliation that has come crashing down upon you.

So, you still can't name a single "area historian" that supports your contention.

Face it, you got caught in a lie and you've been buried under it ever since. You haven't recovered from that fateful moment. All you've done is flounder about with cherry picked nonsense. As if failing on this wasn't bad enough for you, you decided to fail on something as nonsensical as fried chicken.

Your recent fowl fantasies meanwhile are a pathetic and transparent attempt at diversion. I wish you luck in your puerile attempts to make any of that seem meaningful.

You claimed "consensus among area historians is that Falls Church badly lost the Water Wars."

By your own admission, you haven't provided the name of a single historian that supports that contention.

Your argument is built on a foundation of lies. You then get obsessed on 9 acres. You even carried on a conversation with yourself on that. Falls Church got paid for the 9 acres. Just like when you sell a house. You get cash and you convey the property to the buyer. It's easy to see why a basement dweller like you doesn't get it.

Here's a hint, asshat, losers don't get $40 million and close to 40 acres for a non-performing asset. At the time of the transaction, the asset was worthless to Falls Church. Everything they gained was pure profit. In the real world, we call that winning.

But again, you started your little tirade because you were so uninformed that the city boundaries changed. You were as uninformed then as you are now.

A consensus that has been documented in reams of evidence published by all sorts of sources over many years, all of it of course pointing out that the campaigns of Falls Church City were doomed and dismal failures that inescapably came to bitter ends. Sorry, douche, but your ass has been owned big time here.

> Your argument is built on a foundation of lies.
> You then get obsessed on 9 acres.

LOL! The nine acres are of importance only because you somehow failed to mention them in any of your acreage calculations. The only question was whether the omission was out of sheer ignorance, or whether there was deliberate dishonesty involved. It was always either one or the other.

> Falls Church got paid for the 9 acres. Just like

Thank you for confirming that it was indeed simple ignorance that led to your omission of the nine acres. There was in fact no quid pro quo at all associated with these parcels. Under the terms of agreement ratified in November 2013, the City simply gave them up.

> Here's a hint, asshat, losers don't get $40 million
> and close to 40 acres for a non-performing asset.

The real and financial assets lost by FCC were performing quite well at the time. As were the workers that Fairfax Water carted off, leaving the City with nothing but their accrued pension liabilities. Gone as well of course were many tens of thousand of once and future customers, along with the ability to continue gouging people in padding City coffers. Yeah, that's "winning" alright! The City was actually just slapped silly in all of this.

> But again, you started your little tirade because

LOL! You were asked when these alleged boundary changes occurred as a means of inviting you into the very sort of hard-core beat-down that you have been "enjoying" ever since. You see, it isn't at all hard to spot a Falls Church asshole out and about and being an asshole. It's something that's been seen around these parts many times before.

Again, go back to Maryland, Bob. It doesn't matter what else each place sells. Liberty Barbecue sells a damn fine fried chicken meal.

You erroneously claimed that Liberty doesn't serve fried chicken.

You've been schooled on that one, son.

Do yourself a favor and head on over to Liberty and order yourself some fried chicken - if you can get a seat.

Why do you seek that which you already have?

What you continue to lack of course is any evidence or semblance of an actual argument to suggest anything other than that Falls Church lost its shirt (and various other articles of clothing) in the great rape that was the Water Wars.

You also of course lack any proper explanation for your omission of the nine acres that were simply conveyed to Fairfax County by the 2013 settlement, or for your belief that a quid pro quo was involved. Briefly put, that was all just another major fuck-up by you, but not hardly the worst of the bunch.

"The settlement calls for Fairfax Water’s purchase of the Falls Church water system for $40 million, the reduction in water rates to customers in the Falls Church system’s service area, certain adjustments of the City’s boundary line with Fairfax County, the settlement of all litigation between them, and employment for Falls Church Water Utility employees."

Pitiful. Like Falls Church City, you've got nothing left to say here at all. You should follow the city's example and seek to negotiate a settlement of surrender.

Do you still have your head up your ass? That was a rhetorical question by the way, the point of it being that, well...you've got your head up your ass. .

As for Liberty BBQ, let's realize that it's a johnny-come-lately minor league affiliate of Arlington's Liberty Tavern Group, a two-man LLC that has specialized in rehabbing fading and outdated buildings. What got them interested in FCC was not the wonderful business opportunity, but a cut-rate price on an unwanted 18th century building. Sort of a flea-market flip kind of thing.

Where have you heard it before? Not sure. People hear the spoken word and see the written word. I suppose it's entirely possible you're one of those mouth breeding morons that moves his lips when he reads. Perhaps you did it out loud once?

In any event, rest assured, you'll be seeing the same refrain many times until you provide the names of "area historians" that reached your so-called consensus.

Don't want to keep seeing it? Provide the names. Of course, it might be easier for you to stop acting cowardly and admit you lied.

As was substantiated just above, the LIAR here is YOU. And the losers here are YOU and the depressed dining-desert called Falls Church.

Losers lie and you are a liar. Name the "area historians"that support your contention.

Lame-ass third-grade fag-boy. Once again, many sources were identified at the time their testimony was introduced -- testimony that you CANNOT REFUTE. Falls Church was wantonly savaged and obliterated in the Water Wars. They lost everywhere and everything. And everyone knows this but one lying local troll and asswipe who has IGNORANCE and DISHONESTY writ broad across his every worthless post. You can toss in CHICKEN as well in various cases.

You claimed "area historians" reached a consensus. Name the "area historians" you are referring to. Judges, journalists and "legal analysts" are not historians. Name the "area historians" you referenced.

It's not so strange when you consider that Falls Church is basically a place that people drive through in order to get from one better place to another better place. There are no "destinations" in Falls Church at all, nothing that would be of any actual interest to those who have had the good fortune not to live there. Heck, they have to count on folks from Clarendon to provide something they can falsely claim to be a "chicken place."

LOL! Yes, they are, you abysmally ignorant piece of shit. These are often in fact primary sources of history. How much of a fucking "amateur" are you? Your repeated attempts at hollow semantic gamesmanship have meanwhile only marked you as among the worst sorts of intellectual vermin -- the sort that is cowered by and cannot abide even the most basic tenets and strictures of sense and reason.

You have earned here nothing more than the contempt and disgust of every rational person to have read your sorry-ass words. Your efforts have only given new impetus to an acceleration in what is already a half-century decline in public regard for what's left of your Itsy Bitsy Teeny Tiny Little City.

So, piss off or fuck off -- take your pick and enjoy the ride, you pathetic douchebag loser.

A primary source of history is not a historian. You claimed "area historians' reached a consensus. Now, you are admitting that no such "area historians" exist.

Thanks for playing. You sucked so bad, you don't even get a participation trophy, loser.

You lie has been exposed for what it is.

You convoluted feeble effort to mangle facts has failed miserably.

I see you're getting your ass handed to you about Liberty too. Smarter people would run away with their tails tucked between your legs. We know you're too stupid to do that.

There is no redemption for you at all. Not here. Not anywhere. You are just a worthless lying Falls Church dumbfuck. Those five words are the entirety of your resumé. Five words that would cover your failed City would be "Badly Lost the Water Wars." Some might contend that "Has no decent dining scene." would apply as well, and they would certainly have a point.

I still don't see a list of "area historians" that support your contention. If you really wanted to win as bad as you say you do, you'd provide that list of names. Alas, you just can't seem to do that.

That's a lovely history lesson, but completely useless and irrelevant. What the fuck does it have to do with whether or not Liberty serves tasty fried chicken? Because you're too damn stupid to come up with that answer on your own, I'll give it to you for free - NOTHING.

You do realize that it's obvious that you're responding to your own posts, don't you? Of course you don't because you are as dumb as dog shit.

Let's play along with your word salad though. What is the "sense" that KFC, Popeye's, or Chick-fil-a serve fried chicken?

Refresher course for LIARS and FOOLS...

KFC, Popeye's, and Chick-fil-a are all examples of "chicken places." Your newly-minted Triple-A Liberty BBQ is an example of a place that happens to serve chicken. Sort of like Sweetwater Tavern, 2941, or Shoppers Food Warehouse. Is that clear enough for you to comprehend? You certainly did bobble the ball the first time around. Come on, say something completely stupid now. We're all waiting for it. Hahahaha! You FCC dolts are really something!
