Dowd is widely regarded as one of the top lawyers in the country. Guys like him don’t turn down the President of the United States easily.

So this guy Steyer makes a fortune as a professional swindler/banker and now thinks he is in a position to nullify an election.
My guess is that this is his latest get richer quick scheme.
