No 10 year million dollar retirement payout, He can keep his medical insurance plan and his doctor, IF he pays full cost for it, Same goes for Life Insurance

That’s an interesting question. I’m not sure he does. He was going to get an 1811 pension which is different than a FERS. If he did try that, he’d have to work to a higher MRA. Probably into his 60s. I think it’s a publicity stunt. He’d get eaten alive if he tried to work on the hill.
