Dumbass passed a police car and then complained about getting pulled over

A guy the other day was tailgating a marked cruiser that was obeying the 35mph speed limit. The dumbass suddenly shifted lanes and passed him aggressively. Then had the nerve to bitch at the officer for pulling him over for something so petty.
