Real reason for WMAL signal problem

I assumed it was due to damage from the wind storm, but DCRTV had this:

Power Problem For WMAL - 2/13 - Sources tells DCRTV that Cumulus, which currently is filing for bankruptcy protection, didn't get around to paying the power bill for WMAL's 105.9 FM signal. So, Dominion Virginia Power turned off the juice to the news talker's Merrifield transmitter on Friday. The station remained on the air by tapping into the generator owned by Entercom sports talker WJFK, 106.7. Power was restored to WMAL's site by Sunday, we're told, after arrangements to pay the power bill were made.....
