What's up with this shithole? Redfin says it last sold in 2012 for $587,500. It's obviously been abandoned since around that time, squatters have taken over and there's a huge pile of feces in one of the rooms, blankets and empty beer bottles, drug paraphernalia, in others. Not a single "no trespassing" sign or anything else. Walk right by it along the W&OD trail. Do you suppose the police or ICE come through and clear it out periodically?
Funny thing is it's right in a community of more affluent homes, you'd think they'd have it torn down or something. Odd.

That's a nice area. Close to Tysons, Vienna, Mosaic, and Metro.
