A close review and analysis of the Sandburg Middle School indicates that the real problem with the school is with the school administration and not necessarily the SRO's. Minority achievement is not only below average for the FCPS but is below the state average as well. The failure of the school system to the minority community should be the primary concern of the NAACP, however, that does not fit neatly with their agenda. #MisplacedRage
