Guy refuses to pull over for Fairfax County Police. He jumps out of his car without putting it into park. He then runs in front of his own vehicle and is hit by his own car.
Jumps up and again tries to run from the police. They catch him.
Charged with felony eluding of police, DWI, driving on a revoked license, marijuana possession, and hit and run, among other charges.
Was he charged with hit and run b/c his car hit him and he didn't stick around to give his info to himself?
