widen your search. there isn't anywhere in USA that hasn't published awarded "best place to visit" and "best place to live" articles

widen your search: you mouth would drop if you saw how many awards government workers have awarded to government workers for "excellence"

The conditions to the list according to the article are:

" the top 10 destinations are places where “quality, cost, and value come together to provide a terrific travel experience.”

"Bang for your buck"is what the list is about.

I much rather go to Yellowstone National Park than to Old Town but hey, the criteria is different.
