Dominion Power (Virginia power) is the best. If it were Pepco it could BE A MONTH until some got power. Call the following number you'll even get a pretty accurate estimate on time until you get your power back.

1-866-DOMHELP

(i almost lost faith a few years ago for 2' snow when TWICE it took at least a whole week to get power back on - but they've not repeated that)

Puerto Rico only has itself to blame - corruption kept the money from being spent on infrastructure, and corruption kept the money from being spent on relief.
