Cold Case: Bethany Decker

I saw a few news videos on Discovery regarding the B Decker going missing while pregnant over 5 years ago. I recently read that the boyfriend (Roldan?) was just arrested for attempting to hurt is current girlfriend. He was one of the leading suspects in Decker case, does this current guilty verdict confirm his guilt with her? If dudes like that are guilty they need to find a way to get them to confess to give family and friends piece of mind.
