Variable tolls have solved the problems on 66 inside the Beltway. You want to travel that route in peak hours, fine. You pay through the nose. Of course, that won't help these downscale west-county losers very much./ Hahahaha! Wallow in it, you worthless dumbfucks! Or maybe just learn to stay in your place!

Vienna is not West-County. Inside-the Beltway haS meanwhile been losing its limited appeal since back when the Japs finally surrendered.

Fairfax doesn't have a defined "west county" section. My definition of "west county" includes Vienna. Sorry you don't have the means to live inside the beltway.

Living inside the Beltway does not mean you are immune to the problems 66 causes. I live inside the Beltway. I have to deal with 66 when I need to go to Rosslyn or DC. Also those trying to avoid 66 end up clogging our secondary roads.

"West county" doesn't have set boundaries but it does have a generally accepted definition. It isn't simply those parts of the County located west of the Beltway. Chantilly, Herndon, Reston and Centreville are west county. Vienna and the areas east of Fairfax City are not.
