fx co police called on a parking complaint, but that's not the punch line!

Two people are facing charges after we were called for a parking complaint. A woman found the pair sleeping in a car in her assigned spot. They woke up but refused to move. When we arrived, we found them, again asleep in the car, which turned out to be stolen. #sleepycriminals

Some people are simply too stupid to live life unassisted. Perp description? This sounds like something dumb white pill-heads would do.

you don't think it was cut and pasted from the news maybe?

have you ever read the news and noticed it's worded exactly like the county police reports are ?
