fx co police called on a parking complaint, but that's not the punch line!

Two people are facing charges after we were called for a parking complaint. A woman found the pair sleeping in a car in her assigned spot. They woke up but refused to move. When we arrived, we found them, again asleep in the car, which turned out to be stolen. #sleepycriminals

have you ever read the news and noticed it's worded exactly like the county police reports are ?
