Here is the explanation.
* The computer system or employees are CORRUPT. They tell people who have insurance that their insurance hasn't paid, and ask for cash, when in fact the insurance HAS paid. (as we guess, some insurers who must support disabled are less that willing with payment, and don't care if the disabled die, they rather hope "something bad happens")
* Some or most of the drug store clerks are drug thieves, most are illegal aliens. They steal the drugs, make fake entries in the "computer systems", then hit the customers up for full cash payment - con'ing the customer with a story their insurance did not pay.
* It's HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS what target claimed:

+ Some would pay cash or credit and do the paper work until they got their money back (at $800 a prescription, that's allot). However that can take literally several work hours.
- A few would be so pissed off at the corruption, knowing "they were in fact covered", they'd walk right out with the prescription.
EXPLANATION 2:
Simple mistake, they gave her the drug bag but had not told her they weren't finished doing the "computer insurance billing", which didn't go through. Instead of admitting they made a mistake and TRUSTING she or the insurer would feel obligated to correct their mistake, they called Fairfax County Police "white haters inc." to arrest the woman so that they would be sure they didn't get the bill. in other words: it was Target's mistake but they blamed the woman simply to get her back to the store. ANY FUCKING FOREIGNER WILL DO THAT given the chance. abuse the system like they would in their home country.

I just searched DNC white hating violent communist Google for "Pharmacist Safeway Pharmacist"
All I got was pictures of mostly white employees (HA!!!! fucking liars, snowflake pictures, safeway hires mostly illegals).
HOWEVER - when I'm in fairfax and see a pharmacy (which i've very rarely used myself) - a I ALWAYS SEE FOREIGNERS WORKING AT EVERY PHARMACY IN FAIRFAX - I NEVER SEE WHITES WORKING IN PHARMACY ANYMORE

(if paid, Google changes search results to change the real results. they do this by weighing advertisements heavier than all else. in the case above: every Image of all images (limit 2 long pages) were %100 advertisements. safeway has corrupted Google well but then again: safeway is not a "usa" company anymore - if all of you didn't know that)

So, the police view the film and then arrest her instead of just correcting the "insurance mistake" (in whichever scenario you choose) because they hate all white people and enjoy wasting tax payer dollars and clogging the courts? You're brilliant and that makes perfect sense. Open and shut case. She did nothing wrong and that will be proven when she has her day in court.
OR, she's a nut job who has been acting irresponsibly (check her arrest record) and she finally got what SHE has been asking for. She should not be in a position where she is an example to impressionable young children and hopefully this will be the catalyst that leads her to get the help she needs.

I was a student at Stenwood elementary when she was vice principal there and she seemed to have quite the animosity to innocent young men , and took it upon herself to give them hell over anything she could find against them , it makes me proud to see this lady fuck herself over like this
