Facts are facts, Fruppie, you deplorable asshole. And the facts are that douchebag right-wing apologists here are too stupid to do anything but pass on knee-jerk scripted swill that they have downloaded from FOX News and the rest of the lying propaganda and excuse-making disinformation media. It truly is a shame that anyone at all could have gotten to this point in life without any more skills than that. So go fuck yourself, loser, as you have done so many times before.

Still waiting for NRA Mouthpiece to refute any of my stated facts...

As the investigation into the NRA's laundering of Russian money moves along a few facts...
1. By law, non-citizens, except for lawfully admitted permanent U.S. residents (green-card holders), cannot contribute money to political campaigns.
2. The NRA contributes considerable money to political campaigns (100 million in 2016).
3. The NRA confirms that it accepts foreign donations (after lying & getting caught)
4. The NRA confirms that it has accepted donations from 20 Russian-linked contributors
5. The NRA has a long standing relationship with wealthy Russian Oligarchs that
6. One of those Russian Oligarchs connected to the Kremlin is Alexander Torshin.
7. Alexander Torshin is a gun enthusiast, member of the NRA, and a Russian banker with string ties to Putin.
8. Alexander Torshin is a known money launder and wanted by Spain for his illegal (money laundering) activities.
9. The NRA fights campaign finance reform to block transparency- how un-American. What is the NRA hiding!

In the 2016 election cycle, the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action — its dark money affiliate — reported spending over $35 million on election-related activities

Currently, the organization appears to be preparing for further investigation by setting aside years of documents related to Alexander Torshin, a Russian banker and NRA member with ties to the Kremlin, and possibly the Russian mob, who was recently put on a sanctions list by the Treasury Department. Torshin denies the alleged mob ties, for which Spanish prosecutors attempted to arrest him in 2013.

The total amount of money from all of them since 2015 is $2,500.
All of most of which is membership dues, including from USA citizens in Russia.

> 7. Alexander Torshin is a gun enthusiast, member> of the NRA, and a Russian banker with string ties to Putin.

I don't know too much about Torshin, but: Yeah, something like that for sure!
His "donations" consisted of his annual member dues, totaling about $200 for recent years..

You seem to think that $2,500 collected membership dues from 2015-2018
represents some kind of "money laundering" conspiracy which caused the
NRA to endorse Donald Trump. (Because heaven knows that the NRA would
otherwise have endorsed Hillary Clinton.)

Could you read us the names of the drugs on your prescription bottles?
We are extremely curious. Or did you stop taking them because the
doctors were in on this Russian conspiracy?

So far, no evidence of anything to do with Trump's election.

Indeed there are. Looks like even more FBI and DOJ officials are going to
come under special investigation for trying to obstruct the election,
and possibly even for colluding with the Russians (completing the Clinton circle).

Yes, rumblings. Yes, indeed.

Meanwhile, Republican President, Republican House, soon to be Republican Senate,
and of course a Conservative Supreme Court. And the country is thriving.

Enough liberal tears to fill lots of swimming pools this season!

The claim was made in a completely unsupported passing comment during closed testimony before Congress by bullshit merchant Glenn Simpson.

The Dems on the committee passed it on to their pals in the lib media.

The lib media ran with the story even though they knew that it was based on Glenn Simpson's bullshit.

The Dems then did an "investigation" which consisted of writing a letter requesting info from the NRA.

The NRA complied and provided detailed info showing that it was bullshit.

The Dems then concluded their "investigation" ignoring that and citing the same stories that they'd originally leaked to the lib media instead (see footnotes in the report referencing the same four articles as their only supporting evidence).

Russia’s Connection to the National Rifle Association

The Committee has obtained a number of documents that suggest the Kremlin
used the National Rifle Association as a means of accessing and assisting Mr. Trump and
his campaign. Two individuals involved in this effort appear to be Russian nationals
Alexander Torshin and Maria Butina. Mr. Torshin is a Putin ally and the Deputy
Governor of the Central Bank of Russia,125 and Ms. Butina served as his assistant. She
also founded Right to Bear Arms, the Russian equivalent of the NRA, and started a
business with former Trump supporter and adviser Paul Erickson.126
Both Mr. Torshin
and Ms. Butina have longstanding ties to ex-NRA president, David Keene, and in 2013,
hosted him in Russia for a pro-gun conference.127
During the campaign, Mr. Torshin, Ms. Butina, and their intermediaries
repeatedly offered the campaign back channels to Russia and relayed requests from
President Putin to meet with Mr. Trump. The Kremlin may also have used the NRA to
secretly fund Mr. Trump’s campaign.

You fell for bullshit. lol

Just see page 21 for reality from the Dem's own report.

- The claim was made in a completely unsupported passing comment during closed testimony before Congress by bullshit merchant Glenn Simpson.

- The Dems on the committee passed it on to their pals in the lib media.

- The lib media ran with the story even though they knew that it was based on Glenn Simpson's bullshit.

- The Dems then did an "investigation" which consisted of writing a letter requesting info from the NRA.

- The NRA complied and provided detailed info showing that it was bullshit.

- The Dems then concluded their "investigation" ignoring that and citing the same stories that they'd originally leaked to the lib media instead (see footnotes in the report referencing the same four articles as their only supporting evidence).

The NRA laundering Russian money scandal is not going away!

Sum up the facts:
4. The NRA confirms that it has accepted donations from 20 Russian-linked contributors (again after lying about it)
5. The NRA has a long standing relationship with wealthy Russian Oligarchs that, one of those Russian Oligarchs connected to the Kremlin is Alexander Torshin.
6. Alexander Torshin is a gun enthusiast, member of the NRA, and a Russian banker with string ties to Putin.
7. Alexander Torshin is a known money launder and wanted by Spain for his illegal (money laundering) activities.
8. The NRA fights campaign finance reform to block transparency- how un-American. What is the NRA hiding!
9. The FBI has wiretaps of conversations involving Alexander Torshin, that led to a meeting with Donald Trump Jr. during the gun lobby’s annual convention in Louisville, Ky., in May 2016.

Currently, the organization appears to be preparing for further investigation by setting aside years of documents related to Alexander Torshin, a Russian banker and NRA member with ties to the Kremlin, and possibly the Russian mob, who was recently put on a sanctions list by the Treasury Department. Funny, the NRA is the source for this post & existing election law!
And nice try on the deflect & redirect, but- NOPE!!

Such stubborn things those facts are...! The NRA finally admitted to taking money from Russians. This is an agreed upon fact.
This is TREASON- non-citizens are not allowed to contribute money to political campaigns.

Sum up the facts:
10. Currently the FBI ...

You fell for bullshit. lol

Just see page 21 for the origin of the bullshit from the Dem's own report.

"Linked to the NRA", by which you mean, "is an NRA member".

In your mind, being an NRA member is a nefarious thing, so you wildly imagine there must be crimes there, somewhere.

But there aren't any.

Maria Butina infiltrated the GOP & the NRA... she was acting on behalf of Russia when she used the NRA and the National Prayer Breakfast to build contacts with people "having influence in American politics," the Justice Department charged.

She is a Russian spy!

This entire thread is true!!

Wonder if the NRA membership is aware of NRA management's treason?

Typical false equivalencies... gas-lighting... what-aboutisms

Wow! This Russian FSB spy has completely infiltrated the NRA.

Let's follow the money...

Russian/mob money (Torshin) and introduces young Honeypot (college girl, Russian FSB spy) who finds herself a young pooh bear and snookies up to him.

Now she's pooh bear's girlfriend, who's happy to play snookie with pooh bear's business associates and acquaintances behind pooh bear's back, and gets a notch up the NRA food chain. Meanwhile, money finds (30m) its way into NRA coffers and promptly fund pro-Trump ads through 4th and 5th tier companies.

Interesting that they weren't targeting Democrats in the same way. It's almost like the Russians figured out that Republican/ NRA types would be more likely to betray their country, despite all the patriotic chest beating.

Sadly, right-wingers who must now realize that they wee completely hoodwinked ointo voting for Trump have not got the balls to admit their mistake and set about correcting it. Instead they double down on The Donald, and America is paying a price for that every time it happens. MAGA has tuned out to be just the opposite of that.

News Flash.
Russian citizens do not have gun rights. They never had gun rights. They don't need protection from anyone trying to take their guns, because they. do. not. own. guns. There aren't guns sold in their grocery stores. There aren't pawn shops selling guns. There aren't Outdoors and Camping stores selling guns for hunting. It is not a society that, like ours, had gun rights added to our Constitution as a right. So why, WHY would anyone believe that it needed an NRA-like organization to protect them?

News Flash #2.
No one DOES believe that. "The Right To Bear Arms" is a sham organization set up to launder money back and forth between Russians and Republicans.

Not looking good for the National Russian Association/ NRA...

Russian Maria Butina "GRU/ KGB Agent" And A GOP Operator Left A Trail Of Cash!

In December 2015 a $14k a cash withdrawal was made, when Erickson (Paul Erickson, Republican consultant and Maria Butin pic belw) reportedly traveled to Moscow as part of an NRA delegation. The visit was sponsored by a Russian gun rights organization started by Butin.

You know that trail of cash leads back to the NRA laudering money for the Russians!

^^^ Lots of projection & nonsense. Suppose you work for the National Russian Association. Must be nice laundering all that Russian money.

Every day, another story of how the NRA - National Russian Association has been working with the Russians.

Senior members of the National Russian Association (NRA) met the wife of the Russian billionaire who allegedly gave financial support to a woman accused of being a secret agent for Moscow in the US.

The NRA members met Svetlana Nikolaeva, who is the head of a gun company that supplies sniper rifles to the Russian military and intelligence services, during a trip to Moscow during the 2016 election campaign.

Nikolaeva’s husband, Konstantin Nikolaev, allegedly provided funding to Maria Butina, a young Russian woman charged with carrying out an illicit spying operation in Washington. Nikolaev reportedly once invested in his wife’s gun company.

The finding sheds further light on the links forged in recent years between America’s powerful gun lobby and well-connected Russians. US prosecutors allege Butina’s activities were directed by Alexander Torshin, a senior Russian state banker and an NRA member.

National Russian Association is the most un-American group in the country.

Does the Russia-Trump-NRA fantasy help you, mentally, in some way?
It's a ridiculous conspiracy theory, you know.

There isn't any evidence of any NRA money laundering.
None at all.
None.

Some crazy person made an accusation, and it was promptly investigated.
There was nothing.

Meanwhile, some Russian agent chick has been found to be associating
with political people, some of whom she met through members of the NRA.
She is allegedly getting financial support from Russians.
Whoop dee do!

In summary:

1. No money laundering.
2. Some NRA people know some US politicians. Who would have imagined ?!?!
3. Fantastically, somehow Russia managed to get the NRA to support the pro-2A Republican candidate.

4. You need meds.

Why does the NRA have such a hard tine explaining to the American public the trips to Moscow, ties to Putin cronies, and a relationship with a KGB agent?

Seems Russia is working overtime to release their spy...

Russia’s foreign minister told Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Saturday that charges against a woman accused of infiltrating American political organizations as a covert Russian agent were “fabricated” and she should be released.

The appeal by the Russian foreign minister, Sergey V. Lavrov, was made in a phone call, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry. The Department of Justice has charged the woman, Maria Butina, with acting as an unregistered agent of Russia while attending conventions of the National Rifle Association and gaining access to conservative circles in an effort to influence powerful Republicans.

Moscow has mounted a vigorous effort on behalf of Ms. Butina. On Thursday, the Foreign Ministry began a social media campaign on its Twitter account, declaring that it was mobilizing a digital “flash mob” to demand her release.

Nice try with with the deflect & project away from the nra's treason. When you can NOT attack the message you attack the messenger- so weak, so cowardly, so transparent...

The complete infiltration of the nra by the new KGB has all the plot-lines of a great GOP scandal- guns, money, & sex!

Butina and Erickson are central figures in Rolling Stone’s investigation into the years-long Russian infiltration of the NRA. The Russians exploited the gun group to gain access to top conservative leaders, GOP politicians and the Trump campaign. Butina’s handler, the Russian central banker Alexander Torshin, met with Donald Trump Jr. at the 2016 NRA convention.

The federal document refers to this covert campaign: “The plan was calculated, patient, and directed by the Russian Official” (Torshin). “The FBI has acquired email and other electronic evidence documenting Butina’s work on behalf of Russia, including taskings, reporting, and attempts to be ‘incognito.’”

Deflect? Deflect from what? Is this how they teach you to respond in Russia when you've been outed as a troll?

Treason requires a mens rea. If you weren't a Russian troll, you'd probably know that.

You claim, "the Russians exploited the gun group..." The word "exploited" doesn't indicate a mens rea. In fact, it indicates the exact opposite.

If being "exploited" by Russians is treason, Hillary Clinton also committed treason by your definition.

I realize much of this is over your head, so, I'm guessing you respond with another copy pasta and a meme.

Honeypot is an old KGB trick to trap... Butina offered sex in exchange for a special NRA role!

By the time she was arrested, Butina had leveraged her romantic relationship with a Republican operative from South Dakota, Paul Erickson, to build connections in GOP circles.

Butina and Torshin were regular attendees at exclusive events surrounding the NRA's annual meetings.

Butina was sleeping and shacking up with Paul Erickson, a Republican consultant twice her age.

Butina complained about living with Erickson, and "offered an individual other than Erickson, sex in exchange for a position within the NRA."
Really, a 20 something woman had an issue sleeping with a 60 year old fart...

What a tool.

You could just count up the number of six-figure secret settlements he’s had to pay out. I believe Michael Cohen has all the details on that. Oh wait, now Robert Mueller is the one who has all that.

Given the scale at which the GOP is turning a blind eye to Russian interference...here is my theory...the NRA has increased its political spending substantially (from 19mil to to almost 55mil) from 2012 to 2016. We are starting to see a connection between Russian oligarchs and the NRA. That political spending has been almost exclusively for the benefit of the GOP. I think the GOP knows the Russians have been bankrolling their political activities (and you can bet this isn’t the only avenue the Russians have been using), and so they rightly worry as to the consequences of that relationship. They are doing everything they can to keep the spot light off them.

As to trump...he launders the Russian cash here in America. There may be a pee tape..but Donnie doosen’t care about that..he is a known pussy grabber which had no effect on his base. He can weather a pee tape....but laundering money..not so much. On top of that, he is a lousy businessmen...I mean really lousy, as such he needs a sugar daddy to keep him going....and that’s how they got him on the hook....they saved his ass, and in return he launders their money.

It’s the Russian troll and you. You’re just too dumb to know that. How does it feel to aid and abet a Russian troll, you fucking traitor?
