Trump-Russia-NRA

Wow! The right has really become the part of traitors!!

Seems FBI is looking into whether a Russian banker with ties to the Kremlin (Aleksander Torshin, the deputy governor of Russia's central bank) illegally funneled money to the NRA to help Donald Trump secure the presidency.

No doubt the trump campaign/ administration is guilty of collusion with the russians- clearly a violation of US law.

The real question is who else was guilty of said collusion- how many in the GOP, NRA, ... ?

Mueller is mulling all this over. The evidence is rather damning so far in terms of major league money laundering. That would easily be an impeachable offense if any sort of Trump imprint were on it.

Seems the russians infilrated conservative organizations, religious and otherwise, and they seem to have made a concerted effort to get in with the NRA.

A powerful Russian banker gave money to the NRA, which, in turn, spent at least $55 million on the 2016 elections.

This is going to be the end of the tRumpo administration & the NRA!

GOP & NRA just are shit-bird traitors!!!

Like little children throwing a very long temper tantrum, Republicans filibustered everything from 2007 to 2015. Like little children, they also made up stupid nonsense excuses for it. The GOP is simply incapable of being an honest partner in government. Obviously, their attempts now to create a one-party system should be rebuffed.

Very sick unit here indeed, Joe Foss was one member of the NRA, there are millions of loyal Americans in the membership of the NRA

Joe Foss was the NRA president 20 years ago, he earned the Medal of Honor as a US Marine pilot in the Pacific and yes assault firearms were sold then

JOSEPH JACOB FOSS
Rank and organization: Captain, U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, Marine Fighting Squadron 121, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing. Place and date: Over Guadalcanal, 9 October to 19 November 1942, 15 and 23 January 1943. Entered service at: South Dakota. Born: 17 April 1915, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Citation:
For outstanding heroism and courage above and beyond the call of duty as executive officer of Marine Fighting Squadron 121, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, at Guadalcanal. Engaging in almost daily combat with the enemy from 9 October to 19 November 1942, Captain Foss personally shot down 23 Japanese planes and damaged others so severely that their destruction was extremely probable. In addition, during this period, he successfully led a large number of escort missions, skillfully covering reconnaissance, bombing, and photographic planes as well as surface craft. On 15 January 1943, he added 3 more enemy planes to his already brilliant successes for a record of aerial combat achievement unsurpassed in this war. Boldly searching out an approaching enemy force on 25 January, Captain Foss led his 8 F-4F Marine planes and 4 Army P-38's into action and, undaunted by tremendously superior numbers, intercepted and struck with such force that 4 Japanese fighters were shot down and the bombers were turned back without releasing a single bomb. His remarkable flying skill, inspiring leadership, and indomitable fighting spirit were distinctive factors in the defense of strategic American positions on Guadalcanal.

How is that trolling or deflection? You claim the NRA are money launderers. You claim you know what money laundering is. Them you were presented with the money laundering statute and asked to point to which section the NRA violated. For some inexplicable reason, you couldn't do that. Looks to me that you don't, in fact, know what money laundering is. Someone who knows what money laundering is would easily be able to point to the statute section.

Investigations cost money. Nobody wants to be a target of one.

I am suggesting that the links you provided do not support your contention that the NRA laundered money for the Russians. Nor, for that matter, does the underlying McClatchy report.

As suspected, you actually don't know what money laundering is. Instead, you thought you could pull a fast one and simply Google the term and copy and paste it here. Good luck if you try that with a federal judge.

In actuality, money laundering involves three steps: placement, layering and integration. In which three of those steps are you alleging NRA involvement?

You were provided the relevant federal code section pertaining to money laundering. If you want to bolster your case, you'd simply point to the section you believed the NRA violated. You haven't and I have a strong suspicion that you are incapable of doing so.

Wow. Thanks for the week old "news" you posted. You using dial-up in Moscow or something?

A partisan Democrat writing a letter does not prove anything. Still, there is not a single shred of evidence that the NRA laundered money for the Russians.

You were provided the relevant federal code section pertaining to money laundering. If you want to bolster your case, you'd simply point to the section you believed the NRA violated. You haven't and I have a strong suspicion that you are incapable of doing so.

Put the memes down for a second and put your big boy pants on. Answer the question. If, as you claim, you know what money laundering is, you'd be able to indicate which provision of 18 USC 1956. So, do it. If you can't do this you are a coward or a liar.

That's an editorial. And it doesn't even contend that the NRA is implicit in money laundering.

So, instead of trying to provide evidence of any of the accusations you made, you whine, " this is internet and not a court of law." That's the cowards way out, but it really comes as no surprise.

For someone so desperately trying to show the NRA laundered Russian money, you aren't finding much success. In fact, you've fallen flat on your face. You can't provide a shred of evidence that money laundering took place. I suppose that's not a surprise either as you clearly don't know what money laundering is. That much you have demonstrated.

How is that a deflection? You made an accusation and I directly addressed it.

You are the only one deflecting. Why do YOU keep deflecting? You've been asked multiple times to tell us tell us which section of 18 USC 1956 the NRA violated. Yet, you've refused all of them.

Stop deflecting and answer the question.

I'm not afraid of an investigation. I have no idea if they are hiding anything at all, nor do you. I do care about the truth which is why I've asked you multiple times to tell us tell us which section of 18 USC 1956 the NRA violated.

If there is a credible allegation of wrongdoing or there is a reasonable basis to believe that the NRA committed a federal crime then an investigation is in order.

I am sure that you also agree that David Brock, one of the complaining parties against the NRA, should be investigated for creating new ways to undermine campaign regulation. Correct?

No, no. You don't get to ask questions when you've refused to answer the ones posed to you. I clearly answered your questions. Now it is your turn.

What section of 18 USC 1956 do you allege the NRA violated?

It would be odd for Mueller to have brought in a team of international financial crimes experts (such as Andrew Weissman) if he were not looking seriously at allegations of money laundering, with or without the NRA.

You didn't provide an answer. Not answering is not an answer. In case I messed your answer, go ahead and repeat it here.

Damn, dude, you'd think you'd read the links you post. From the very same National Review article: We should in due haste point out that this is the Left’s wish-upon-a-star scenario (as outlined Friday by New York Times columnist Michelle Goldberg, based primarily on a McClatchy report). There is at present no evidence that Russia made multi-million-dollar infusions into the NRA, much less that any political campaign knowingly accepted a ruble.

One of the sources you want to rely on calls it poppycock. Maybe you should read the whole story and realize your spreading bullshit lies.
