Your story is a fabriction - it never happened. You should have picked a less ridiculous number than 200k, then you might have had a chance at credibility. I mean, if you moved, why would you still see your neighbors?
Look, we get it - your wife (or more pathetically, you) is a real estate agent. But let’s be honest: it’s a racket populated by anyone with a pulse who can pass a multiple choice test. Now here’s a true story: one week the guy pouring coffee at my local Dunkin‘ Donuts told me he was taking the RE agent exam. I asked if it was difficult, and he told me making coffee was harder. I guess he passed, because I haven’t seen him since. That’s the caliber of mind taking 6% for pushing a sign into the ground.
