What's going in on Sunset Hills across from the Post Office?

Drove down Sunset Hills today, and there's a boatload of construction sort of across from (and just east of) the Post Office. Didn't look residential, though I suppose it could be. Anyone know?

If there's a boat load, it's probably something to do with boats. New marina maybe? A little far from the lake.

Hey why don't you stop and fucking ask? Meek people get spit on, the guys at the job site will probably tell you if they speak English.

Get a grip.

Yo, dipshit -- some of us have other responsibilities, and didn't exactly have time to jump a fence into a construction zone. This is a forum for information-sharing; you clearly don't have any, so STFU until you do.

Plonk.

Thanks.

See, now, that wasn't so hard, was it? (NOT aimed at you, aviatornot!)

Ugh, there's only one lane in each direction over there and it's already ridiculous trying to get down to Hunter Mill at rush hour.

Yes, eastbound Sunset Hills in the PM rush is a disaster, 175 cars added now for this building, no improvements to the road, Oakcrest School on the other side of Hunter Mill is already adding traffic, and that idiot Hudgins thinks it's a good idea....
