What percentage of store occupancy does the mall have? 80%, 85% 90%? Will it reach a 100% by the end of this year?

Springfield town center is an excellent place to go if you want to be stabbed to death by an ms13 gang member, or attacked/robbed/shot by a gang of black thugs.

Within five years Springfield Mall will only be half full.

Springfield Town Center was at 88% occupancy earlier this year, but several upscale stores have closed, (most recent, J. Crew - January 14) or announced they will close in the next several months (Tevana, Michael Kors, White House Black Market, Ann Taylor Loft, Nordstrom Rack). Won't be long before STC is more like the old Springfield Mall!

It's the next evolutionary concept after "walkable urban town center".

Every time I drive past, the parking lot is packed. I don't shop much anywhere though.

That’s usually what happens when a company announces they are closing stores.

Do you have the link that shows the announcements that those stores are closing?

The mall should have been leveled. Perfect location for the FBI building. Now Trump canceled that.
Malls are of a bygone era.
