License Plate Look Up

Why can't the average Joe look up a license plate? It's state issued. I can read all about my neighbors multiple DUI convictions on Fairfax County's court website but I can't find the name of the cocksucker that cut me off this morning? WTF?

Maybe if you weren't cutting people off you wouldn't have the problem.

I can see however that people might use the information to rob or stalk people.

It would be easy to drive through a parking lot, get the address and then go rob the person when they are at dinner or a movie.

I think I agree with 99.9% of Caucasian's posts...It's as if only 3-5 of same nut cases talk to themselves on here and he/she sheds the light of common sense.
