Ummmm,no. Wolff said he had recordings of some interviews and notes on all of them. Written notes mean nothing as anyone can write anything at anytime and say that's what happened. If they are written on a computer and are timestamped when created, that would add some credibility, but are still nowhere near proof of a conversation. Bannon must have know he was being recorded because he won't deny shit, while a lot of others quoted in the book have.
