What is Willowsford?

Did some heavy YouTube bingeing today and noticed that at the beginning of every video had an extended ad for a place called Willowsford, Virginia. A little online researching revealed its some weird farm community living situation in Ashburn. Is this shit for real? Has anyone actually been there and can share what it's like?

not a farm community; a very high end community that also has an organic farm in it.

It allows the folks living in new large expensive houses on old farm land to feel like they are living "in the country" and close to nature.

will be interesting to see how long the farm lasts when the community is fully developed, and the developer is no longer subsidizing the sales hooks.
